A/N- okay guys, honestly I kind of want to give this up if nothing good is going to come out of it... so if there's no support, this could be my third and last one shot- but if not, the next one will be George weasley :)

"DRACO LUCIUS MALFOY!" you screamed. Draco's eyes widened upon seeing you so upset. His Slytherin Quidditch robes were muddy, and you could see some dirt behind his fingernails. He let out a yelp and braced himself for a slap, a punch, anything, but instead, you just hugged him and burst into tears.
"Wha- Y/N, what's wrong?" he asked, bewildered.
"What's wrong? WHAT'S WRONG?!" You sobbed. "You almost got KILLED out there, that's what's wrong!!!" you continued to cry into his robes while he smoothed your hair.
"Princess, it'll all be ok," he said, not really knowing what to say to comfort you. You pulled away and looked up at him, your face flushed. You loved it when he called you that.
The last Quidditch match had been one for the ages. Gryffindor had gotten up to 140 points, and Slytherin still had zero! After a stunning fight between Potter and Draco, Draco had caught the snitch and earned 150 points for Slytherin, winning by 10 points! But Draco had almost fallen off his broom multiple times, and when he actually did, he had almost broken his arm. You had been so worried, watching your boyfriend zoom all around the pitch like that.
"Hey," he said softly. "Look at me," he said, and you tilted your tear stained face upwards. "How about I go change into clean robes, and you come up to the common room in half an hour? We can hang out?" he said, resisting the urge to kiss you. He didn't want you to feel worse, and he didn't want to take any chances.
You smiled at his suggestion. "Draco, that sounds wonderful." You stood up on your tiptoes and kissed his cheek, your hands still resting on his chest. "Now go on! I'm going to hang out with Pansy while I wait," you said, letting go of Draco.
"Okay. I love you, Princess," Draco said. You giggled.
"I love you, baby," you said back, blowing a kiss.
*time skip*
Half an hour later, the Slytherin common room greeted you with this warm fire.
"Hello, love," Draco greeted you a minute later and sat down next to you, a blanket in his arms.
Smiling, you snuggled up on the couch with Draco, his arm draped over your shoulders as you both watched the flames dance. You sighed contentedly and leaned into him, feeling his warmth seep into your bones. He pulled you closer, tucking your head under his chin. You could feel his steady heartbeat against your cheek, and it was comforting.
"You're so beautiful," he murmured, pressing a soft kiss to the top of your head. You blushed and cuddled closer, feeling safe and loved in his arms.
"I'm glad we have this moment," you said, your voice barely above a whisper. "Just you and me, nothing else to worry about." Draco nodded, his fingers tracing gentle circles on your arm.
"Me too. I love moments like this, when we can just be together and forget about everything else." You turned your head to look up at him, your eyes meeting his.
"I love you," you said, your voice barely above a whisper. Draco's eyes softened, and he leaned down to press a gentle kiss to your lips.
"I love you too, Princess," he said, his voice low. "More than anything." You snuggled back into his embrace, feeling his arms wrap around you tighter. You could stay like this forever, cocooned in his love and warmth. As you drifted off to sleep, you knew that you were exactly where you were meant to be - in Draco's arms.
A/N- hey guys! sorry that was so short, I'll make up for it later :( but anyway thanks!
