I waved my hand in front of Moon's face. It wasn't the first time he has zoned out but he seemed extremely focused.
"Moon? You okay?" I asked when he snapped out of it.
"Yeah. I just got distracted." He replied. I followed his eyes to the mechanic kid who had just fixed his mother's car by himself. I had to agree. That was kind of impressive. Usually, people go to school for years before they can even get anywhere close to the level of skill that this kid obviously has.
The kid must've noticed us looking because he walked over.
"Oh, hello." He said.
"Oh hey. My name is Sun and this is my brother, Moon. What is your name?" I replied. Lunar was hiding behind Moon, which made sense because this kid did look a bit like Eclipse.
"Oh, my name is Solar." He said, smiling. His smile dropped when he saw Lunar. "Is he okay?"
"Oh, you just happen to look a bit like his older brother who gave him a lot of trauma and abused him." Moon explained. Solar nodded. He probably understood.
He walked over to Lunar and kneeled down. He smiled. "I won't hurt you. I promise."
Lunar must've trusted it because then he pushed Moon away and hugged Solar. Solar sat there in shock. He hugged him back after a minute. Lunar pulled away, now smiling.
"We should get inside. I don't want Eclipse to see me." Lunar said, walking over to stand next to Moon. Lunar had always seen Moon as more of a brother than he has with me. That was probably because I did travel to Europe because my dad wanted me to get smarter. None of us like him. Most of us have completely cut him off. Moon and I, we only kept his contact so we could go off on him.
"Yeah. That is probably a good idea." Moon said. We all walked towards the school when I felt a breath on my neck.
"Hello.~" Eclipse said. God damn it!
"Go away already Eclipse." I replied, pushing his face away. Moon turned around and saw Eclipse. He immediately got angry. He pushed Eclipse.
"You stay away from my family already, damn it. You already manipulated two of us, on top of abusing your ex-brother. I'm shocked they haven't fucking locked you up yet." Moon growled. He, technically, wasn't wrong. He and Earth both had been through Eclipse's abuse. Moon, well, he had the scars to show for it.
"Oh, please. I'm just saying hello to your dear sweet brother, Sun." Eclipse taunted.
Moon got even more angry.
To the point that he punched Eclipse.
That is one hell of a way to start the school day.
