No one's POV -
After 3 days-
Seungmin slowly opened his eyes. His eyes were yet to adjust to the light.
He felt like someone was holding onto his hands. When he looked down he saw it was Minho.
He was surprised. He tried to take his hand back without waking him up.
But he failed.
Minho woke up. Minho was surprised at the same time really happy.
He wanted to hug the younger like there is no tomorrow.
But he controlled himself and rushed to call the doctor.
When the doctor was checking on Seungmin he messaged everyone in the group that Seungmin had woken up.
After the doctor left, Minho sat in the chair beside the bed.
There was silence. No one was talking. It was awkward.
Minho didn't had the courage to say anything. He didn't know what to say or how to say. And Seungmin wanted to avoid any conversations.
(He is still living in the misunderstandings 😭😭)
The suddenly Jisung broke into the room. And hugged Seungmin. Felix and Jeongin followed him and hugged Seungmin. Seungmin hugged them back.
They started to tear up.
"Hey don't cry like as if I'm dead," Seungmin chuckled trying to lift up the mood of his friends.
"Why didn't you tell us anything, Seungmo? Don't you take us as your best friend??" Jisung asked while sobbing.
"About what?" Seungmin asked in confusion.
"About you, you getting molested by that jerk. Why didn't you tell us?" Jisung was still sobbing.
Seungmin kept silent for a moment, trying to figure out what to say.
"How did you guys find out?" Seungmin asked without answering the question.
"After the misunderstanding, you went missing. We tried to find you out fearing your past trauma might trigger back, so we went to look at CCTV footage to find out where you went and thats when we found out everything. Then we traced your number and found out your location. Minho hyung was the one that saved you from bastard." Felix finished explaining everything.
Everyone went silent.
Seungmin was still processing everything inside his head.
"Misunderstandings? What are you guys talking about?" Seungmin was now clearly in confusion.
"About that, let Minho explain everything. We will take our leave. It's great to see you are all fine now." Chan smiled at seungmin and waved others to leave the room.
Everyone obeyed and left following Chan.
Now it was only Minho and Seungmin left.
And again there was a awkward silence.
Seungmin decided to break the silence first.
"So will you explain about the misunderstanding?" Seungmin asked.
Minho just nodded, processing how to explain everything.
Then he slowly started to explain and finally explained everything.
"So you are saying you like that girl only as little sister nothing more and I only heard the first part not the whole thing?"
Minho just nodded.
"And Felix and Jisung just spilled my past to you guys?"
Minho nodded again.
"Great," Seungmin was now becoming angry with his own self.
How could I be so foolish? Seungmin thought to himself.
"Don't blame Felix and Jisung. They only meant good for you." Minho said trying to hold Seungmin's hand.
But he was sensitive to touch, so he just shoved Minho's hand.
Minho was stunned by this sudden action.
"I'm sorry. I think I'm kinda sensitive to touches at this moment. I need some time to reciprocate." Seungmin gave a small smile.
"No, it's ok. I'm sorry, I should've been more understanding." Minho said keeping his head down.
"You don't have to be sorry."
There was again silence. But this time it was more comfortable silence.
"So, all those decorations...."
"It was to confess to you." Minho cut Seungmin off.
Seungmin was beyond surprise now.
"So you mean, you..."
"Yes.. I love you. I love you, Minnie. I've been crushing on you since the first day. You always gave me that feeling no one else can give. You are really special for me, Minnie. I love you."
Seungmin felt butterflies in his stomach. His heart doing somersault.
"It's okay, if you don't love me, I..."
"I love you too."
It was now Minho's time to feel butterflies and heart doing somersault.
They both were blushing crazily.
"Umm,... Seungmin if you don't mind can I ask you a question?"
Seungmin just hummed in reply.
"Can.... Can I kiss you?" Minho said, he was nervous after all this happened, will Seungmin allow him?
He didn't want to make the younger uncomfortable. But he couldn't control himself, so he asked Seungmin directly for permission.
Seungmin was hesitant at first, but then slowly nodded.
"Are you sure about this Minnie? I don't want to force you. It's ok if you don't want to.."
Minho was stunned. Before he could say anything else Seungmin gave a peck on his lips. It was soft. Really soft.
"I willingly gave you the permission, and I meant it,"
Minho didn't wait for another moment.
He kissed the younger.
The kiss was gentle, soft. It like their lips were dancing in rhythm, totally in sync.
After a few minutes, Minho pulled away first and they rested the forehead on each other.
"Will you be my boyfriend, Kim Seungmin?"
"I will"
They smiled and shared another short yet sweet kiss.
