A/n: Before jumping into the story, I wanna share my sad story 😞. I am a broke stay who can't afford to go fan meeting. My only option is Twitter space. And I am listening to the audio of the fan meeting while writing. And I wanna know if there are other Stays who belong to my league?? 😭😭
Now let's get into the story.
No one's POV -
Valentine's Day:
Seungmin got up really early in the morning. Getting ready for the day. Today was gonna be special day for Seungmin. He was gonna confess for the first time in his life. He was excited and nervous at the the same.
He was getting confused on the matter what he should wear. After the dillema of 1 hour he decided to dress casual yet cute. So he wore a oversized light blue sweater and ripped white denim jeans.
He put really light make up and Peach pink gloss.
Then he started for school. He even didn't have any breakfast as he was too excited.
When he reached the school gate he saw many couples being Lovey Dovey, some other confessing to their feelings. He was feeling really great. He directly went to his class. He saw Jisung, Felix, Jeongin talking to each other.
Suddenly Felix noticed him at waved at him.
He waved back and went towards them.
"When do you guys think will be best for confessing?? Actually I don't wanna confess in front of others. In case he rejects me in front of everybody, I don't think I'll be able to bear that." Seungmin said and clearly he was getting more nervous and anxious.
"Calm down, mate. We have already prepared everything for you." Felix assured Seungmin and patt his back.
"What preparation?" Seungmin asked.
"I collected information from Changbin hyung. He said Minho hyung will be at the rooftop during lunch break today. You can confess to him there. No one goes there," Felix answered leaving Seungmin puzzled.
"Are you sure about this?" Seungmin asked raising his eyebrows.
"Yup!!" Others said confidently.
"By the way, where is the flower bouquet and gift?" Jisung asked.
"Well, I have brought them. It's inside my locker. I hope it will be fine there until lunch." Seungmin replied.
"Oh, then okay" Jisung said.
And at that moment the teacher came in and everyone went to their respective places.
Timskip: lunch break
"Guyss!! I'm getting more nervous now. Can one of you come with me please." Seungmin said and he could feel his hand shaking.
"No, Seungmo. It's your confession. You should be brave enough and go for it. We are there for you always. But this, you have to do it alone." Jisung said and Jeongin nodded agreeing to what Jisung said.
Felix already went to Changbin to give him the hand prepared gift.
"Hyung, go for it! We will be in the cafeteria. Fighting!" Jeongin said.
"Thank you innie. Then I'll go now." Seungmin said. He still looked nervous enough.
Seungmin slowly started to climb the stairs. He could feel his heart beating really hard against his chest, like it will come out any moment.
When he reached the rooftop and was going to enter the roof, he heard a girl voice. "I like you, Minho Oppa." Seungmin now took a sneak peek at the girl. It was a super cute girl confessing to Minho. They were standing in the middle of a heart made of flower petals. The whole roof was decorated very beautifully. Seungmin was stunned at the decorations. "I like you really really much. I have been liking you since the freshman year. I liked the every moment we spend with each other. It was like the happiest time of my life." The girl finished her confession and looked at him and hold a box of chocolates towards Minho.
"I like you too, lily." And this line shattered the whole heart of Seungmin. He couldn't hear or do anything else. The gifts he prepared fell from his hands. He felt the tears started to fell from his eyes. He couldn't stand there for a second moment.
He started to run. He didn't know where. He was running wherever his leg was taking him to.
On the other hand, when the girl, lily actually confessed to Minho,
"I like you too, lily. But not the way you like me. I have always liked you as a younger sister. I am sorry if this has caused any misunderstandings about my feelings towards you. Besides ik it is awkward to say, but I'm a gay. And today I'm going to confess my feelings to him." Minho said .
"Thank you for telling me the truth. I hope you a successful confession , Oppa." Lily said a smile and was going to leave the rooftop.
"Oppa!" Lily shouted.
"Yes?" Minho looked towards her.
"Is this yours?" Lily asked showing me beautiful bouquet and a gift.
I went near it and and picked the bouquet a the gift. I saw a small note there.
And I realised I fucked up.
I fucked up a big time.
