Niall's pov

10 months and still nothing I've been here every day hoping that he wakes up because I refused to leave without him yea he missed a lot of school but he couldn't really do anything I just hope today is the day he wakes up

10 months he's been in a coma for 10 months I don't see how I'm ok with hiding all my emotions in Louis, Liam, Daniella, and Harry were here for 3 months with us but had to leave to go back to school I told them don't tell anyone about what happened and I'll call if I have some good news finally. Doniya went back to Atlanta with their aunt since she had school as well but his mom and dad were able to call off work a little longer so they stayed they couldn't believe my father would do something like this

I had fallen asleep but heard groaning "where am I?" I had tears in my eyes Zayn was awake finally I got up going over to his bed helping him sit up "Hi baby, how do you feel I can't believe you're finally awake" I said then kissed him "how long was I out?" He asked I sighed I didn't want to tell him "10 months but good news do you know what today is?" I smiled of course he didn't remember he was in a coma for 10 months for crying out loud he shook his head no "it's our 1 year anniversary we've been together a whole year" I said I was so happy he's groaning "are you ok?" I asked "Yea my head just hurts, I need to pee, and I'm hungry" he said poor thing I laughed helping him up taking him to the bathroom

I heard the door seeing Trisha, Yaser, My stepmom, and Stacy I smiled motioning them in Stacy ran to me "Hi big brother where's my other brother?" She said I know she was talking about Zayn I hugged Stacy then hugged my stepmom "He's in the bathroom I was just about to go get us food since he's been eating hospital food a lot" I told them "nonsense son you stay I'll go I know what to get him plus I know what you like too Niall, I'll be back" Yaser said he's literally the best and he's not even my dad "Babe" I heard "I'll be right back" I told them they went to sit on the couch and chairs while I went to help Zayn

I sat next to his bed holding his hand he smiled at me "I love you so much baby I can't wait until I'm out of here I have a surprise for you" he said aww "you're going to love it Niall he told us too and your mom" Trisha said aww "you're perfect I love you too I can't wait to see what it is" I was seriously so happy right now and very skeptical like what did this boy do now "hi big brother how you feeling?" Stacy asked

Aww Trisha smiled "I hope you don't mind my daughter she loves Zayn like a brother" Brittany tells Trisha "Not at all Niall told me how sad she was when Zayn got hurt it's totally fine besides he has a big sister but not a little one I also have a daughter she's older so it's fine seeing Zayn bond with her it's so sweet" Trisha said "I also wanted to say I'm sorry for my husband I found out he's targeting your husband I'm scared for Stacy plus Niall I know he's only my step son but I love him like he's my own and Zayn he's just so sweet"

Stacy was sitting next to Zayn watching cartoons with him it was so sweet he let her sit with him "Zaynie, when are you coming home? I miss you I no like what daddy did to you" Stacy said my little sister was getting all my boyfriend's attention vs me I could tell she was sad "one more week then I'll be home tell you what how about I take you and Niall out for ice cream when I'm all better" he told her I smiled giving him a thumbs up Brittany smiled Stacy hugged him "I not hug you to tight don't want hurt you?" she asked she's too cute

"No I'm ok thank you" Zayn said to her they stayed like that for a while until it was time for them to leave "Mommy can I come see Zaynie tomorrow?" she asked I know Brittany had to work plus Stacy had school "Niall are you gonna be here tomorrow I want to bring her but I have to work" she asked I nodded "I'll be here and so will Greg we can bring her after school" I said Stacy and my step mom hugged us goodbye before they left as well as Trisha and Yaser "I'll come back tomorrow as well to come check on you I know Niall comes every day to see you, I love you son and you as well Niall" Trisha said hugging us both goodbye

Now it was just Zayn and I "Liam texted me him and Danielle are on their way here" I said Liam and Danielle have been so supportive as well as Harry but I'm not sure what's going on with Louis he's been so distant after I told him about what happened to Zayn "What are you thinking about princess?" Zayn asked I blushed but sighed I loved Zayn calling me princess I had no idea why I just did

"Remember when I told you about how Louis snapped at me after I told him you were in the hospital in a coma?" I asked "Yea I remember you said he got upset which is understandable but him not coming to visit me once is strange like Johannah did" I nodded I was about to say something when I saw the door open seeing Liam, Danielle, and Harry but no Louis I'm worried about him "Hey Z, how you feeling?" Liam asked they all hugged him gently before sitting down on the couch "Pretty good I just can't wait to get out of here I know I'll be in these casts for a while but I kinda don't like the hospital" he told Liam "Understandable you know we're all here for you" Liam said causing him to roll his eyes

"I talked to Louis he said he'll come but doesn't wanna see Niall" Harry said hold on what the fuck, what the fuck did I do? "Wow dramatic Louis that's cool so he thinks this is my fault" I said I can't believe him "Technically yes since it was your father that shot Zayn but hey I'm not blaming you I'm just glad you're ok Zayn" Harry said "My father is an evil man you know that Harry he wasn't even on my side when I came out hell but you know what it's fine I'll still be around but if he wants to act like this it's fine" I said I don't care I still had Liam, Harry, Danielle, Jordan, and Alex even James even though he's Greg's friend

I was just happy Zayn was coming home in a few days who cares if Louis was mad at me for something I didn't do we'll see how everything turns out once Zayn is released from the hospital I just couldn't believe Louis didn't come because of me
