Chapter 2

Funneh's POV
The next two weeks, Alec has been ignoring me. I know I ignored him well. I didn't ignore him. I was just resting, and I didn't want to throw my weight on to him. Or make him feel sad in any way. I sighed. Maybe I should try texting him again?

I picked up my phone and started to text him. But.. he didn't answer. I sighed and looked at the ceiling in my room. It made me dizzy seeing all those ridges. I heard Gold singing in the bathroom. I wish I was as happy as her.

I sat up and started to get ready as well. We were going to the park to hang out even though it's really cold outside. I put on a white T-shirt and a blue coat. I put on some black leggings, too. It was like 40 degrees outside it's cold.

I grabbed my phone that I left on the bed and headed out of my room, and ran into gold. We laughed. "Hey," we both said and giggled. We headed downstairs. I sat down on the couch with Gold while we waited, so we won't be there too early. Yeah, early Gold was actually early this time.

We waited for ten minutes and it was finally 2 o'clock and we headed to the park. Rainbow and Lunar were already there. They were playing it the snow piles I giggled. They looked up and laughed, too. Lunar waved, then Rainbow fell and pulled Lunar down with her into the snow.

We went over to them and helped them both out of the snow. They were shivering really hard. "So... cold..." Lunar said. "Yeahh," Rainbow said. "We can be like penguins and warm you guys up!" Gold said, getting closer into a huddle. They brought me in as well. "This isn't working. We're also not penguins," Lunar said.

"Hey guys!" Someone yelled. I looked over, and it was Evan he was running over. Draco was behind him walking. He went past me and hugged Lunar. "Are you guys dating?" I asked. "No, why would we, we're just friends," Lunar said. "Oh, okay," I smiled. Draco caught up, and we headed down the trail to the playground.

We got there, and Kyran, Alec, and Aly were there. We all sat on the equipment. "Hey guys!" I said. "Hey!" Aly and Kyran said. Kyran elbowed Alec, but he was just on his phone. "Rude," Rainbow said. "Y'all break up?" Evan asked. "Not yet," Alec said. Evan smirked. "Why so happy, Evan?" Draco glared. "Nothing, I knew Alec wouldn't last long," he laughed. "Okay, that was mean," Kyran said. Alec rolled his eyes.

"Alec, I want to break up," I said abruptly. Everyone stared. "Why?" He asked. "What do you mean why you're ignoring me! And you blocked me and hurt me!" I yelled. He stood up. "You did the exact same thing!" He yelled. I got up, too. "No! I had a reason, and your reason was to be mean! So leave I'm done!" "You leave!" He yelled. "Fine," I walked off.

Gold's POV
Funneh left. "What the hell!" I yelled. "I-" I cut him off. "Fuck you!" I yelled and jumped off the equipment and ran after Funneh. I could hear them arguing.

I caught up to Funneh. She looked angry and stubborn. "Stupid boys," I said. "Yeah like I didn't do anything!" She yelled. "Did you explain?" I asked. "I tried but he kept cutting me off!" She said. "Red flag," I said. "For real, Gold," she said.

We then talked about boys, they are so stupid. And how Alec was just a manipulative person. I actually thought he was a good guy. I really did. But now I just want to throw him in a ditch.

"He was just a fake person," Funneh said. "Yeah," I said. We got home and sat on the couch and sighed. "I wanted today to be fun!" Funneh groaned. "Me too, it just turned into a complete disaster," I said.

Funneh turned on the TV she pit on some cartoons like Gumball. She was still steaming with anger as she pressed the buttons. "Just forget about him, there are plenty of other boys! And one will be your soul mate, I promise," I smiled. She smiled in agreement. I sat and watched with her so she doesn't do anything stupid like text him.

I heard a knock on the door. It was Rainbow, Lunar, and Draco. I went to the door and let them in. "Took you long enough," Funneh said turning the channel. "We wanted to check on you hotheads," Draco said. I rolled my eyes playfully. "Come sit!" I said. All five of us were sitting on the couch watching cartoons just like old times back in Canada.

Rainbow and Draco sat on the ends. I sat between Rainbow and Funneh, and Lunar sat between Draco and Funneh. I sighed. Look how far we've come. We had a little break, but we finally got all of us back together again. Just like I wanted.

"So what happened with you guys at the park?" I asked. "Well, Rainbow went off on Alec," Lunar giggled. "Yeah, then we followed you out, and I believe everyone else except Alec followed us out of there. I think they need some time to think about it," Draco said. "Sounds about right," Funneh smirked.

"Now let's talk about Lunar," Funneh said. "What do you mean?" Lunar asked. "You a d Evan?" Rainbow said, moving her eyebrows up and down. "We're just friends," she said. "You also friend zoned him earlier," I said. "Exactly where he should be," she said. "He will creep into your heart. He did mine when I was going through a crisis," Funneh said. "Really!?" I asked. "Yeah, when Alec and I went to a concert, and he left," Funneh said. "Oh, now I remember!" I said. "I don't think he will," Lunar said. "He will just you wait." Funneh said
