17.) Gun wound

*beep* *beep* *beep*

That was the only sound I heard.

I opened my eyes slightly to see Jason sitting next to me holding my hand?!

"She's awake guys." Jason said to the twins and Jessica. Rosie rushed over to my side and hugged me so tight I felt like I was gonna die. "Don't you ever try to die on me like that again!" I had softly chuckled at Rosie being protective over me.

I looked up to see Jason glaring at Rosie because she was hugging me. I found it cute seeing him jealous. I looked over at him and Rosie pulled away. "Okay Rosie I promise I'm fine." I looked over to see Jessica pacing around frantically. "You should've left her with me Jason! What if she died!" Jessica was full of the dramatics but I've never seen her like that before.

"She wouldn't have almost died if she stayed with Micheal in the first place!"

Just when Jason and Jessica looked like they were ready to swing on each other the twins stepped in between them and dragged either one off. Jason with Rosie. Jessica with Posie. I just layer back down on the bed and clenched my stomach. It felt like shit. I haven't eaten all day.

But one thing was certain:

"Today was gonna be a long day."

Jessica refused to leave my side all day so we spent most of the day in my room watching movies on Disney plus. I liked Jessica. She was willing to die for her friends but when you get down to know her she's a big teddy bear. I think one thing about her is that she loves wearing black everything. I've never seen her wear anything but black.

We were just chilling in the room with her when the twins barged in. "You're watching Princess and the frog without us?!" Posie practically screamed before they both jumped in the bed with me and Jessica. Posie sat more with Jessica and Rosie sat more with me. I totally shipped Posie and Jessica and thought they would make a cute couple but one of them had to take the first step.

I was watching the movie when out the corner of my eye I could see Posie cuddling up to Jessica. I found it so fucking cute like they would be the perfect lesbian couple. Especially knowing they're both lesbian. Jessica looked surprised for a split moment but wrapped one of her arms around Posies waist and pulled her closer.

"If they don't get together I'll sue."

"They're practically made for each other."

We finished watching the movie until we all practically fell asleep in each other's arms. Jessica practically cradled Posie in her arms and gave us the look that said, "If you wake her up I'll kill you." Me and Rosie just giggled and rolled our eyes before falling asleep. I practically forgot that Jason slept in the same bed as me.

"Not today Jason. This is the girls room tonight."

A few hours later me and Jessica woke up with the twins still asleep and Jessica offered to carry them back to the guest house. "You're injured you shouldn't be walking so much." Jessica said before pushing me back down on the bed gently. I tried to protest but at that moment Jessica already had Posie in her arms and Rosie over her shoulder.

"No wonder that girl is second rank she's strong as fuck."

I just relaxed my body and closed my eyes recalling the memory of the black and white ball.

"Can I have this dance principessa viziata?"

Feeling him lift me and spin me in his arms before the song reached a climax.

It felt all like something from a Disney movie.

I was so daydreamed away I didn't even notice Jessica walking back in after 5 minutes.

"You're bleeding again. Let me rewrap the wound."

I looked down at my stomach to see blood seeping through the gauze. Jessica went over to Jason's nightstand and grabbed a roll of gauze before wrapping the wound.

"You're dismissed I can take it from here."

Jessica turned around to see Jason standing up in the doorway holding a bloodied gun and his clothes covered in blood. "Alright I guess I'll be on my way home to Angel." Jessica said before hugging me and Jason and leaving.

"Oh mia principessa viziata, perché farti questo?" (Oh my spoiled princess why do this to yourself)

"I'm sorry I should've stayed with Micheal." I said quietly as Jason looked at me. "You should've and I shouldn't even let you out the house anymore to see those tiny screaming children." I looked at Jason with shocked eyes. "Please don't take dance away from me Jason!-." Jason then cut me off. "But since Jessica loves you to much I won't." I sighed relieved that I was still gonna see Angels doughy little face and Angel blue eyes.

Jason grabbed my waist and pulled me up straight before wrapping my stomach up with some gauze. I caught myself staring into his icy blue eyes and blushing. Jason squeezed my waist a little to make sure it was on tight before pulling my chin close to his face. "I bet you'd want to kiss my face right now bloody and all." He said before staring into my eyes.

He pulled me closer and we were inches away from our lips touching until he pulled away.

"But no not tonight anyways."

He got up and walked into the closet and for some reason my heart hurt more than the gun wound in my stomach.

This feeling hurt...
