In the beginning, people lived in peace. Everyone would be kind and thoughtful for others. They didn't live in cities but in the country. They build towns, houses, barns, castles and any other necessary building they needed. No tall buildings or factory. That's how they lived, just out in the open wild. In the summertime, during the day, there wasn't anything else to do except to spend the entire day inside, not outside, just relaxing. After the harvest season, the people began gathering food from nature as they found different herbs and fruits that they liked. People gathered vegetables in large gardens, which grew into trees and eventually became big fruit and vegetables that they sold. Kids played outside, not depending what weather or season it was. They were taught and they learned from their parents as they passed it to generation to generation. The people were all mixed up. There were country people, cowboys, kings and queens, knights, assassins, mages, warriors, wizards, witches and any other person that lived in the open world. They all lived in peace and together. Until one stormy night, something happened that made them all split up.
Some wanted things to be different while others disagree. The groups of people would disagree with almost everything. So, most groups left and took a part of land for them as they wanted their own place and rules, while some forgave and stayed. Others forgave but decided to move on to a different piece of land. By the next morning, those who fought, have already left. The majority have left and in that small town, only a few remained but they didn't have up. As a small group, they declared three leaders of each group. One of the leaders spoke as he didn't lose hope. "We mustn't worry. Yes, we have lost so many people but we are a great number of people! We should thank our ancestors and pray that they can bless us so we can expand." They nodded and whispered in agreement as they still had their stuff and no disaster happened to them that could harm them. "He's right. We'll be fine as we have each other. They decided that they wanted to leave and that's their choice. Most will be our enemy but that doesn't mean we'll attack them unless they attack us! We won't lose hope!" The female leader said and she got shouts of support as they believed what she said. The last leader spoke as he waited for them to calm down. "We will live in peace but we need to practice to defend ourselves! The warriors group should have the knowledge of that and we'll want to learn from them. As for their tradition, we'll follow their rules. Anyone who is 15 and above will be taught to fight. The elders, children, and who have sickness or mental issues will not be required to learn to fight. We will start soon as soon as we talk to our remaining warriors. May we all live in harmony and in peace." He stopped and all of the leaders said in sync. "Meeting dismissed."
Everyone went back to doing their regular schedule except for one person. She had a cloth over her head as you couldn't see almost her face. She walked to the leaders and slightly bowed her head to them.  "I apologize for interrupting you." A soft voice said. The first leader said, "Not at all, you're not interrupting anything." The second leader spoke up after him. "Aren't you the only witch from your group? Why have you stayed?" She said in a quiet sad and curious voice. "I didn't agree with my fellow witches so I stayed. The things they do in secret are terribly wrong and evil. If they are living somewhere else, they are sure to become enemies of many people. I didn't want to become a danger to what I am. I'm not evil like them." They all looked at her and admired her for her wise words. "You're welcome to stay as long as you wish. I'm glad you aren't like the others." The first leader said as the other two leaders nodded their heads. "I have another reason and it's the main reason which will help the future deeply. A prophecy." She said and the third leader spoke, "Speak now, wise one." She cleared her throat and waved her hands as colorful colors flew around. "7 people will be blessed to travel around the world and save anyone from the danger. They'll be born from elements and they shall be called the elemental squad. Each one will be different from the other but together, they shall fight the evils of danger!" She said as her cloak lifted up a bit from her face and showed her eyes glowed for a second until she finished and her eyes returned to normal. She covered her face and looked at the leaders. The leaders thought for a bit before speaking. The second leader spoke first, "Interesting prophecy. Do you know when those 7 people will show up?" She responded quietly, "Time is infinite, it can be slow or fast for us but it always keeps going." The first leader spoke to her, "Perhaps they come when there is the most danger. Maybe that's the time." She stood quiet as she looked down and looked up at them. "You may ask one more question as I don't have every possible answer." They nodded and the third leader said, "Which group are they from?" He said simply as she said that she could answer one more question. He didn't want to ask more or she couldn't answer at all. They were leaders, he thought, but she's important because of the prophecy she's giving us. "Like I said before, 'Each one will be different from the other.' It could be any group that either is here or left. You may never know." She bowed her head and they bowed to her too as she gave them important information. "Thank you." All of the leaders said and she walked away. The second leader looked up in the sky as the sun was up for noon. "How long do we have before the dangers have...? Will we have enough time before they attack?" "Soon but we won't know. For now, we must do what we plan and hope that we'll be alright." The third leader said and they all nodded. "At least most of the people shall be saved..." The first leader said quietly to himself as he knew that not everyone can be saved as it happened before.

This is longer than the other one but I hoped it wasn't too long! I managed to have some time to myself and worked on this. I'm proud that I was able to write it in one take or else I would be frustrated and stopped writing today. I do want the chapters to be long but not TOO long. The maximum I should at least put for myself is 2,000 words. I'll keep writing for chapter 2 soon and we'll get to meet our official first main character! See you soon!
