Cindy rolled her eyes, "Based on the heat I'm currently feeling; your makeup is melted, Lacey."
Said blonde whipped her head around with a glare and made a motion for the younger girl to zip her lips."I don't need your sass right now. I am on the brink of a mental collapse," The blonde hissed. Her irritation was short lived as she spotted a familiar pink suitcase. "Ahaha! There she is!" Lacey grinned, stepping over other pieces of luggage.
Grabbing cheerfully, she tugged it out from underneath a large piece of metal. Lacey held it up over her head and turned back to Cindy with a triumphant smirk. The younger gave her no response.
"I take it these are probably your's as well," Sayid's voice said suddenly. The sisters turned to see their new friend with two other pink suitcases in hand.
Lacey smirked playfully, "That would be our's. Thanks, Sayid."
Cindy stepped up to take the smaller of the two out of his hold. "Thank you, Sayid. Now we can play chess!" In regard to a conversation the pair had shared the night before.
Sayid smiled down at the little girl. "I am looking forward to it." He set the other suitcase next to Lacey's feet as she placed the one she was holding down.
"Hey!" A voice called out suddenly. The three turned their attention to Michael and Walt exiting the jungle. Michael had a strange look in his eye and in his hand a silver object glimmered in the light. "Everyone, circle up! I found something!"
Sayid and Lacey shared a look. Cindy glanced up at them, but began walking over without waiting for them. The adults followed after her.
In a few seconds, the majority of the camp was surrounding Michael. Their interest was piqued at his sudden announcement.
The man's dark eyes were hard as he scanned each of the faces of the survivors around him. Sawyer was across from the Marsh sisters and Sayid, his eyes caught Lacey's for a moment and his jaw set.
Michael suddenly lifted up his hand and allowed something to dangle from is thumb. A shiny pair of handcuffs glinted in the sunlight. At the revelation, a couple of gasps came from the crowd.
"Oh, shit," Lacey mumbled and her eyes widened slightly. Hurley stifled a laugh from beside her and the blonde turned at the sudden arrival of the man. Lacey snickered at him, but Cindy slapped her leg as a means to be quiet. The older blonde sent her a look and out of her peripheral she could see Sayid attempting to hide his amusement.
