"Sharam nahi aayi tumhein ye baat karke? Sahi kiya Ayan ne bilkul." Ali said furiously.

S..sorry bhai..bhaijaan." Ahad stuttered, he was already sad as his bhai slapped him for the first time."

"What sorry han? Sharam nahi aayi na bilkul, you know what? I'll let Ayan deal with this." Ali said and got up.

"Acha Ali bas, dekh tou bechara kitna ro raha hai." Arnav said softly. He was always the softie for the youngest trio. These boys were not only his brothers but his children in every sense.

"Idhar aao." Ali said, taking him in a hug. Ahad being very shorter than Ali made it better.

"Bacha, jao aur apne bhai ko manao, he won't stay angry for a long time." Ali said, caressing his head.

"Jee bhaijaan." Ahad said after hiccuping.

"Bhaii." Ahad called out meekly.

"Bhai, sorry na, ayenda nahi karun ga please." Ahad said again, his voice heavy.

"Get out Ahad." Ayan said sternly.

"Bhai mujhe bilkul acha nahi lag raha please sorry na." Ahad said looking down.

"Sorry for what? Lying, talking about your death, or hiding what are you going through in school or playing with our freaking trust? You disappointed me Ahad, you ruined our relationship but at the end, you will have no privilege, I will not relent as I did before, bohat faida uthane lage ho tum log, I will not treat you as a friend, but what you are, a younger brother. Bhaijaan ne tum logon ko btaya nahi ke bade bhai kaise hote hain hain, koi baat nahi main bataoun ga, bohat shay mil gayi hai tum logon ko. Aaj ke baad se no outings, no long drives, no bike rides with Anas, nothing." Ayan said furiously.

"Bhaii sorry na, please a.. aisa na bolein. I love you so much, I am so sorry please bhai." Ahad said while crying. His bhai is his best friend, losing him meant losing his only saviour.

"Crying won't get you anything." Ayan stated, steeling his heart. Ahad needs a lesson.

"Bhai wo." Ahad started but was cut off by Ayan.

"Nahi Ahad, not anymore." Ayan said sternly making Ahad tear up and he ran out of the room.

Ayan was scrolling through his phone when Arnav entered, he got up but Arnav gestured him to sit down.

"Ayan?" Arnav called out sitting in front of Ayan.

"Jee bhai, bolein?" Ayan replied respectfully.

"Ahad room se rota hua gaya hai, kya hua?" Arnav said directly.

"Sorry kehna tha usse." Ayan said firmly yet respectfully.

"Maaf kardo, bacha hai aur waise bhi tumhein pata hai ke tum bohat important ho uske liye." Arnav said softly.

"Bhai let him grovel a little." Ayan said while smirking.

"Ro ro kar apni tabiyat kharab karne ko grovel karna nahi kehte." Arnav said glaring at him. He hates seeing his brothers cry.

"Apko pata hai usne kya kiya?" Ayan asked straightly.

"Pata hai mujhe, school mein uske sath jo kuch bhi hora hai, uske baad he'll need our support especially yours, tum uske dost jaise ho, har choti se choti baat batata hai wo tumhein." Arnav said as stating a matter of fact.

"Lekin ye wali kyu nahi batayi?" Ayan asked dejectedly.

"Poo cho ye baat jaake usse, koi wajah hogi." Arnav said looking straight in his eyes.

"Jee bhai." Ayan said obediently.

"Bhai baat sunein." Ayan called out when Arnav turned to leave...

"Thank you, I really needed that," Ayan said sincerely.

"Chup kar paagal," Arnav said, smiling ear to ear.

Ayan went to Ahad's room only to see him laying on the bed and crying profusely. His heart clenched and his hands itched to embrace his little bean in his embrace but he steeled his heart.

"Come in," Ahad said, still laying down. If not his Ayan bhai, he won't talk to anyone.

"Bhai, aap?" Ahad asked, still shocked. He thought his bhai hated him, so why was he in Ahad's room? He was the reason his parents died, he was a bad omen and everyone knew it but no one said it because he would be hurt.

"Han, main. Uth kar betho foran," Ayan ordered sternly, making Ahad nod meekly.

"Mujhe ek ek detail chahiye, kya horaha hai school mein aur wo larke kya keh rahe the?" Ayan said, sitting on the couch, looking at Ahad.

"Bhai, woh, main... woh kuch bhi to nahi," Ahad stuttered.

"Ahad Ali Khanzada, don't you dare test my patience. I am already very angry," Ayan shouted furiously, losing his patience.

"Bhai, woh..." Ahad stuttered again. For the first time in life, he was scared of his bhai.

"Ahad, stop stuttering and answer my every question, clear?" Ayan said sternly.

"Verbal answer," Ayan said when he got a nod in answer.

"Yes bhai." Ahad said looking down.

"Do you by any chance think that you're a bad omen?" Ayan asked looking at Ahad, his friend works as a teacher in Ahad's school. But he doesn't teach Ahad. He asked him so after some time his friend said that he was getting bullied.

"H..how do you know?" Ahad asked bdking shocked.

"I have my own ways, now answer my question." Ayan said answering but not answering.

"Mama dad ki death meri wajah se hui thi, I know aur aplog isliye kuch nahi kehte kyu kehte kyunki mujhe bure lagenge." Ahad said looking down but yelped when Ayan walked closer to him and delivered two hard whacks on his head which were getting bulleted.

"Kyu mom dad ka accident tumne kiya tha?" Ayan asked sternly.

"Bhai ye aap-" Ahad started but was cut off by Ayan.

"Karwai tha ya nahi?" Ayan asked looking down.

"Nahi." Ahad said looking down.

"To phir tumhari wajah se death ki thi?" Ayan asked quietly making Ahad's head hurt.

"Kyu mom ne aap-" Ahad said in a quiet voice.

"Ahaad kya tum paida chahe usse hui" Ayan asked once again.

"Nahi." Ahad said looking down.

"Tou phir tumhari wajah se death hui?" Ayan asked getting mightily annoyed.

"Acha sorry bhai." Ahad said looking down. How will he cure his insecurities? How will he know what to do! They will sort it out but will they really be together then? Only time could tell!

"Acha buss, we will sort it out, hojaye ga sab sahi, hum school change kardeinge okay?" Ayan said softly.

"Lekin bhai-" Ahad started but Ayan interrupted.

"Shhh! Sleep now." Ayan said caressing his head.

Ap mujhe leke tehliye na phir neend aajaye gi." Ahad said while sitting up.
"Acha aaou." Ayan said while picking him up.

"You're very important to us Ahad, Mama and baba loved you alot. They still love you, pata hai jab tum paida hue the mama itni khush thi ke mat poocho, or baba, baba kisi ko tumhein uthane hi nahi dete the, bhaijaan ko bhi nahi. You're loved. Tum hamari  zindagi ka chand jo, never lose your worth. We all love you so much." Ayan said gently.

"I love you bhai." Ahad said, smiling cutely.

"I love you too beta, very much." Ayan said kissing his head.
