Nikolai G. sat on the concrete ground holding his dear friend's hand under his two foes' watchful gaze."Leave him Chuuya, let's go back to the port mafia. We'll discuss the rest of the contract," A tall man with messy brown hair told his partner.
"Tsk," Chuuya turned on his heel and followed the man.
Nikolai sat there grieved still holding the hand. When he finally turned his head to the two's direction, they were walking into the horizon. Noticing the slight light coming from the east, Nikolai stood up shakily. Then, he ran away from the scene.
Nikolai knew he was a coward at heart. He only did as he was told so he could see to live another day. He never did anything he wanted or out of his free will. Running away with a severed arm was the first thing he did out of his free will. As a terrorist it was humiliating to say the least.
The twist was he didn't run away from the prison altogether, he needed to get something. His only hope of having a normal life.
"SIGMA!" Nikolai shouted as he barged into the security room. He found the 3-year-old man laying on his back, unconscious.
Using his cloak, he managed to take Sigma out of the prison along with the severed hand. Why did Nikolai take it? He didn't know, maybe it was his guilt or his attachment. He was like a dog, and Fyodor was his owner who never loved him.
With much effort, Nikolai fled the prison with Sigma and a severed hand.
