"Good. Do you happen to know a Jimmy Ferry?" The officer asks me. "Uh yeah. Yeah we sort of met at a party. Why?" "Well, that's what we need to talk to you about. May we come in?" His partner asks looking at the house through the open door. "This is my friends house. We can sit here." I say leading them to a chair set outside. "Thank you. It seems that a terrible tragedy happened to Jimmy. He passed away due to a traumatic head injury. Do you happen to know anything about this?" I scratch my head very nervous. I killed the boy. I should of just let him do whatever to me. What if I go to jail? I start to cry and one of the officers comfort me by saying, "It's okay. You just need to tell us exactly what happen." I nod my head and start to explain what happened from the party. " Well, first of all it was my birthday party my friends threw for me and some people I did not know, like Jimmy. He seemed interested in me and was very determined to get me alone that night. He started to dance with me, making me feel very uncomfortable by staring at my breasts. My friend stole me from him asking me to dance and I danced with him. I didn't think he was much trouble, just a guy trying to get something from a girl. My friend and I uhm well you know like at a party and stuff you just you kno-" "Yes Sophie we know what you are trying to say. You and you're friend had sex. " The police says cutting me to the point. "Yeah. And we also got in an argument and he left. I guess Jimmy was waiting for my friend to leave so he can be with me alone. He basically raped me officers. He pined me against the wall and took my clothes off and his clothes off. When he was about to actually do it, I locked legs refusing him to do it. He grabbed my legs and let go off my arms and I hit him. He got knocked out for like a minute, then he grabbed my ankle while I was about to leave. I had no choice so I kicked him. I'm so sorry. I never meant to hurt him." I say looking down. The police record notes. "Were you wearing shoes when you kicked him?" One asks me. "No I was not. I don't think I kicked him hard either. He was caring around plenty of beer bottles. Is it possible he had to much to drink? " I ask the police. "Yes it is very possible. We are very sorry this happened to you, and Jimmy but we will have to ask some of your friends who attended the party if they saw anything. " "Okay." I say in nihilism. "When will your friend be back?" One of the officers question me. "Uhm maybe an hour. But I know some people you can talk to." I respond. "Yes. We Will need their addresses." One officer says to me. I tell them James address and Daniels.

About 30 min after the police left to ask James and Daniel if they saw anything,they said they did see him go in and me come out. The police officers said that I'm off the case and thank me for my time.

I sit down waiting for Ezra and Luke come back to tell them the terrible news about Jimmy. Although the police said I'm good, I still feel sick to my stomach. Yes, he did rape me but I could of been more patient to him. I caused a boy to loose his life at such a young age. "Hey we are back." Luke says to me as they walk in the door. I look up thinking, and they can tell something is wrong.

"What's wrong Sophie?" Luke asks me sitting next to me. "The police came. They told me Jimmy died because I kicked him. I didn't mean to." I say and start to cry. Ezra also sits down, and Luke starts to rub my back comforting me. "It wasn't your fault. That cunt raped you. It was self defense." "Yeah that's what I told them and they said I was all good. But just I don't know, I feel horrible." I say wiping my wet eyes. "You know what? How about us boys take you out to dinner. Ezra too. Just the seven of us. It will be our little treat to make up for last night. " Luke says nodding. "Okay thank you Luke. " I thank him hugging him tight. Luke and Ezra calls the boys and tell them to meet us at my favorite restaurant. The three of us sit down at the round table with a pretty setting and a nice lantern hanging from the wall. "Hi, are you guys ready to order some beverages.?" A young, pretty waitress asks us, keeping her eyes glued on Luke. "No we are waiting for some more people."
