I Relectuntly picked up the call.
A voice sounded through the the speaker, neutral and maintained as if of a professional "Hello, am I speaking to Mr. Taehyun? " My response was a cold yes. I hoped this man would get it over with already but somewhere within a doubt had started to grow in the pits of his stomach. "I am speaking on behalf of your father (idk his name), his health is not in good condition, he expresses his wish to meet his son's and spend some time with them before his health takes a turn for the worse. "

For a moment I found myself unable to comprehend the meaning of his words although I knew them all to well. It was like a blankness, a strange form of numbness had taken over me and then as if tranquility of floating bubbles shatters as it pops so did mine with a hand on my shoulder and a call of my name, the sweet little nickname that only one person called and I came face to face with my universe my everything. Dayeo stood there with a worried frown over his face that made him look oh so mature and more handsome. And the fact that those frown showed his love and concern for me made me feel safe, like always.

Then as if a slap to my face reality hit hard and I finally comprehended the meaning of it all.
