Hey guys! I'm sorry I haven't updated in the LONGEST TIME. I've been busy with school and didn't have time to write. Anyways hopefully I'm able to write a bit more! Here's an update so please don't kill me!
Much love, V

Vittoria's POV

I sat down in a chair at the back of the room next to a window and sighed. I couldn't believe what I had just gone through. Only this would happen to me on the first day! I needed to pay more attention to my surroundings or I'd end up making a bigger fool out of myself. Well I guess something good came out of it.

"Isn't it too early to be sighing so much?"

I turned right to look straight into huge hazel eyes slightly covered by light brown bangs that went with the girls short cropped hair.

"Hi I'm Stevie! Haven't seen you around! Are you new?" Stevie asked leaning towards me with every statement.

Leaning back at her energetic torpedoes, I nervously glanced around.
A fist suddenly whammed her on the top of her head.

"Pipe down Stevie, you're scaring the poor girl."

I look up at the tall girl as Stevie rubbed her head. She was gorgeous in a laid back dark manner. Her wavy black hair parted to the side and the smirk on her lips gave her an air of mischief around her.

" Jaaanneee," Stevie whined turning around to look at the slim tall girl.

Jane stretched her hand out towards me and I shook it.

"Yo I'm Jane," she leaned one arm on the brown haired girl who pouted in silence, "sorry if this girl was bothering you."

" I was just trying to be nice! It's intimidating to be at a new school ya know!" Stevie complained crossing her arms and puffing her cheeks.

Jane grabbed her cheeks and pulled them, " Well you don't have to scare the poor girl even more then!"

I laughed at the pair and they turned to look at me. Jane moved to sit at the desk behind me.

"Sorry we haven't even let you introduced yourself!" Jane said rubbing the back of her neck.

" It's all good," I said smiling, " my name's Vittoria. Nice to meet you."

She suddenly laughed and I stared at her awkwardly.

"Sorry that's just a really rad name," Jane said as she propped her feet on her desk, "It's pretty unique, I like it."

"Thank you," I said as I ran my hand through my hair and looked at Stevie who had begun chewing on some type of candy.

Tapping my fingers on my desk, I looked at Jane who with a smile had begun to scroll languidly through her phone.

She rose her eyebrows and I blushed slightly at being caught staring.

"Is the teacher planning to show up any time soon?" I asked.

Smirking she put her phone down and said, " One of the perks of having Ms.Pavelka as a teacher is that her mind still thinks it's in the Czech Republic and is late most of the time."

"Why doesn't anyone say anything then?" I asked feeling as my phone vibrated softly signaling a text.

Laughing she brought her feet down and looked at me dead on right as Stevie said, "That's because no one here minds her being a little late," she smiled turning right as the door opened and an out of breath teacher walked in.

She quickly set her stuff on her desk messily and started stuttering about something.

Uninterested, I turned to look out of the window. This teacher probably didn't even realize that she had a new student. Thankful that I had collected my text books from the library I started thinking about Nikita.

That spark of electricity that had flushed my skin was extremely shocking to me. It could mean so many things. Some of which I was most probably not ready to face. The soft vibration in my pocket shook me out of my mind. Looking up slightly to see the teacher droning on facing the board while scribbling madly, I decided to take my phone out of my pocket.

Reading a text from my brother, my eyes widened. Was it possible that the most dreaded of my assumptions was true?
