Rains POV :-

I woke up dizzily, I just opened my eyes, expecting him being worried about me, sitting on the side and hugged me tightly, kissing me, ensuring me that my insecurities are baseless, I'm just overthinking and make all my worries washed out but to my disappointed,he was not here,not even his smell lingers around me that he was here before. Sky was only here,looking at something from the windows,when I was trying the sat up, he noticed it and immediately ran to me..

Sky: heyy, don't get up. You need rest.

Rain: where is he?

Sky: saifah and pol came running to him, they said they got the information about the man who caused chaos in the market and also tried to attack you before. He wanted to catch him with his own hands. So general payu, saifah and prapai went for it. Don't worry ,me and pol is here for you.

Rain:hmm. sky, do you think he is upset with me?

Sky: Isn't it obvious. Rain, the way you talk with him was disrespectful. He is damn on your fingers, dancing as your way but still you doest trust his love for you. You know that when you were not opening the door, I never in my life see a man that scared and worried. I know you are possessive and its your pregnancy Harmons but still you need to trust him.

Rain: did I over reacted too much?

Sky: I think so. But stop thinking any negative thoughts. Your father wants you to join him for the dinner, its along with other important people of the mansion. So focus on that and when general cameback then talk and sort everything OK?

Rain: hmm.

Sky help me with the outfit until I take a shower. We got ready and went for the court, sky and pol is with me but still my heart was thumping like crazy. There is huge amount of people, having conversation with eachother with a glass in their hands and everyone was looking at me, it was making me so much uncomfortable, it doest seem like a normal dinner with family but a whole event.

My father was with other men, laughing and seems so happy, I never see him like this before. As soon as he see me, he came immediately to me with open arms, hugged me so tightly. Took me to that people, introducing me as his elder son and talking about his excitement about going to be a grandfather with numb eyes. I never imagine him to behave like this. He is being too good to be true. He is behaving like he never negtacted me when I needed him the most, he didnt abundant me,ignored me. I think he forgot everything when he heard about my pregnancy.

He noticed that I'm not able to stand for too long, so he took me to his throne, his cerimonial chair but I immediately back off not wanting to sit becoz this chair is only meant for the king and I also felt it will be disrespectful right?

King chen: rain, please sit here. Your feet might hurt.

Rain: its OK. Its your place, how can I-?

King chen: it will be your when I may no longer exist.

His one statement made all the people shut their mouth. It was a pin drop silence. Everyone was looking at us with shock on their face. Even i was shocked. And queen mother, she seems like she saw her death in front for her eyes. Her expression was beyond scared, hurt. Ple and som were nowhere to find.

Queen mother came forward with not so good expressions.

Queen mother: ho- honey.......

King chen: its OK if you don't want to sit here. We will hold a huge gathering for that. For now you can sit beside me......

Totally ignored queen mother, his full attention and eyes are on me and usually queen mother sits here but he made me sit beside him, giving signal everyone to sit as well. His protective hand was on my back and looking at me with those love eyes with a bright smile on his face......
