Niall wipes a splatter of blood off of his face, striding into the staff room. His laptop displays a message from the morning. It was now eight in the evening.

Hey Trenton, I just wanted to let you know you should probably get ready for some new arrivals. Can you let Strangelove know that I'm sorry for the wait? I also need some people to come help me get them back to the AMI. Preferably you, Kathlyhan, and Strangelove? Maybe on the thirteenth of February? Thanks :)
He rolls his eyes. Strangelove enters the room, raising an eyebrow at him.
'What's the issue, Trenton?' She queries, giving him her cold yet fond smile.
'Nothing, nothing,' He murmurs, 'Are you, Eudora, and me free on the thirteenth of February? Piercebridge needs us.'
'Wow, he cracked that fast,' Strangelove chuckles. She clears her throat and returns to the subject at hand, 'Yes, we are. Ask him where to go.'
You
Yes, we are all free that day. Where are the targets?
Piercebridge
19 Moonover Lane. Can you guys also bring two cars?
Eudora enters the room, seeing the message on the screen. She stays utterly silent, but the pure fury on her face could petrify anybody. Niall's fingers fly across the keyboard as a response.
You
Great, thanks Piercebridge. We'll see you then.
Strangelove laughs, patting Eudora on the shoulder, 'I can't believe he's done it so quickly, I thought it would take longer. You guys sure did.'
She exits the room. Eudora begins to tremor with white hot rage.
'Why is there always somebody outdoing us?' She questions, slamming herself down into her chair. She grips onto the armrests, her knuckles going white.
'Eudora, please calm down. He's found them. We might even be able to beat them up a bit!' Niall smirks. His morals are definitely twisted beyond belief. He scoots his chair over to hers and touches the back of her hand, 'We just failed once.'
'Yeah, well you failed getting Yen Yamaguchi. Shot her in the arms,' She huffs, leaning her head back.
'Exactly,' Niall laughs, 'Listen, we've only failed once as a team. Sure, we've majorly screwed up other cases, but together we're practically unstoppable. Think, Eudora, think. We've been hunting down magic for eight years together now. One failed case isn't that bad.'
Eudora nods.
'There's nothing to be ashamed of, honey,' He gives her a peck on the cheek.
