Everyone barged in, one after another. Stiles felt sorry for the door. It was slammed into the wall like 6 different times. Stiles was still coping with the current cause and effect situation at hand. Because everyone barged in, Derek stopped kissing Stiles. Stiles was moments away from yelling "I hate you all". They just ruined his any chances with the crush of his dreams. It was hard to get Derek's barriers down and he knew Derek's defenses went straight back when everyone walked in. He didnt want to have to get hurt every time just to get Derek to soften up. He knew that there would be no chance the Derek liked him. I mean Derek was a solid 11/10 and Stiles rated himself an 8/10. Derek could get with anyone in the world so it makes sense that his last choice would be Stiles, right?
They all came in, one after another. All his friends. Scott, Isaac, Lydia, Kira, and Jackson? All his friends? He had no idea why Jackson was here, he was sure Jackson hated him. Wait no he could think of one reason. Lydia. Jackson and Lydia had been dating for a while now. Stiles had pretty much moved on from Lydia, even though she would always have a special place in his heart. He took it pretty hard when Lydia first told everyone.
"Are you really that surprised to see me?" Jackson said, pointing to himself. Apparently werewolves can also smell surprise. Stiles raised his eyebrows and shrugged.
"Actually, yeah kinda" Stiles admitted which made everyone in the room laugh.
"How's it feelin?" Isaac said, slapping him on the back. Maybe a little too hard because Scott started glaring at Isaac.
"Relax Scott, its not that bad. Actually im feelin pretty good." Stiles lied, it did kinda hurt. But not that bad. Okay, maybe a little badly. Stiles started coughing pretty violently, which made everyone laugh again. Out of the corner of his eye he noticed Derek smiling warmly at him. Maybe he did have another chance with him. He also saw Kira shuffling around in the back next to Scott. They didnt really have a good connection. When Scott and Kira started dating it was like Scott just vanished from Stiles life. They didnt talk to each other as much as they used to, he felt robbed a little. It was like that too when Scott started dating Allison. Allison... What about Allison?
"Did you guys find Allison?" Stiles asked. She had been missing since.... since when? The only thing Stiles remembered was that she was missing.
"Who's Allison?" Kira asked. She finally spoke up. Stiles felt bad for being a little mad at her. His best friend should be with whoever he wanted to be with as long as he was happy. That wasnt really important though. What did she mean by "Who's Allison?"
"Allison Argent" Stiles repeated. He looked around as everyone shook their heads.
"Like Kate Argent?" Lydia asked. How could she forget her best friend just like that.
"Lydia, work with me. We two the smartest here, no offense to you guys, Im gonna need your help. You cant just forget Allison" Stiles said. There was no way they werent playing some cruel and sick joke on him.
Lydia shook her head again. He was going to say more when the doctor came inside. Doctor Deaton entered with a bottle of pills in his hand.
"Okay guys, I think Stiles needs to go home and rest now. Give him some space" Deaton said as everyone slowly filed out.
"Not you though Derek" He said, pointing to him. God, Stiles knew Derek was a big person but when he was standing next to Dr. Deaton he looked like a giant.
"I need you to check up on Stiles regularly and make sure hes taking these pills. Once a day in the morning with some tea or some type of warm drink, Okay? They should run out by the start of next month if you use them properly. That should be fine with you right? You two are close" Deaton said to him.
Derek looked at Stiles before nodding to the doctor. He took the pills and began to walk over to Stiles.
"Well, you heard the man. Once a day in the morning with some tea" Derek said to him, holding the bottle up to Stiles eyes.

Stiles was being driven back to his house by Derek. It was a cool night. The air was crisp and the wind picked up arbitrarily. The large yellow full moon shone down and illuminated all of Beacon Hills. Stiles felt as good as new which was a bad thing for Derek. It meant going back to sassy Stiles. Derek knew how Stiles really felt. He used his entire sassy thing to cover up for how sad he was sometimes. Stiles had layers to him but Derek knew he himself did too so he wouldn't judge or push about them.
"What are you thinking about" Derek asked Stiles as he fidgeted with the bottle. One day Stiles fidgeting was going to kill Derek. He really couldnt understand why he fidgeted so much.
"Stiles can you please stop fidgeting" Derek yelled. He felt bad everytime he made a comment to Stiles about him fidgeting because he knew Stiles had ADHD but that didnt change the fact that his fidgeting made Derek's ears want to explode.

stiles-
It didnt take long for Derek to ruin my mood like he always did. Stiles this, Stiles that, he just thinks he knows me when he doesnt. Im Stiles, not him. Maybe we didnt have a chance together after all. I ignored all his other question as we sat in silence. I honestly shouldnt be this mad but I am. It was silent all the way until Derek drove into my driveway.
I was already mid way to the front door when Derek came out of the car
"Im sorry Stiles" Derek said. I scoffed. Now he's just being friendly for no reason.
"For what Derek. You're just saying sorry to say sorry. Its not about me at all" I snapped back at him.
"For ruining our mood" Derek said in a whisper. I didnt respond. There werent any words that could describe what I was feeling or what I wanted to say. I watched as he climbed into his car, still without saying a single word. I guess I was feeling more surprised than anything. The Derek Hale was in a mood with me of all people. I completely forgot why I was angry in the first place, and I definitely wouldnt care as long as he came back.
"Wait" I called out. It was already too late though, his car was long gone. The air rustled and the dim red light of his car slowly faded out of vision like a star. Just like that the tables had been flipped. Now I was the one who ruined our mood. I sulked as I went into my house. Nothing else really crossed my mind, though it shouldve. My medicine
