chapter 3

"Eh not much" yellow shrugged. Yellow was lieing, she didn't want cyan to know what she usually did at night.
Cyan narrowed his eyes, not entirely believing her but he didnt say anything about it. yellow looked away from him.
When they got to communications yellow went and sat on the floor in the corner.
Cyan sat in one of the chairs and spun it around to face yellow. He patted the seat next to him
"You can come sit here, I don't bite!" Cyan smiled softly as yellow got up and sat on the chair next to him
"We could play something if you like?" Cyan tilted his head slightly and yawned.
Before yellow could respond she yawned.
"Or you could go to your room and sleep if you want" Cyan laughed softly and continued "we both seem tired" Cyan was still smiling brightly
"Do you not want me here..?" Yellow seemed upset but cyan simply shook his head,
"It's just you seem tired, these chairs aren't exactly comfortable either" he shrugged and was about to say something else but yellow cut him off
"Don't you sleep here though?" Yellow flashed cyan a questioning glare
"I kinda have to... if a signal comes in I'm I'm responsible to take care of it" Cyan shrugged and stared at the radio used to communicate to other ships
"the captain put me here because I tend to hide here in the day after my tasks..." Cyan sighed, he didn't like being stuck here most of the day but he didn't have much of a choice.
"Oh, uhm..." yellow stammered, not sure what to say "I'll see you tomorrow..?" She stood up and went to the door.
"Yeah, have a good night" Cyan put the radio on. It was just annoying static but he was used to it by now.
He fell asleep with his head on the desk.
In the morning, the meeting was called for daily tasks. White, the captain, was handing out everyone's tasks.
Yellow walked over, she looked exhausted and grabbed her tasks. Everyone but cyan had attended. Yellow went back to security and fell asleep in the corner. Purple came in, snarling and closed the doors once she came in, yellow was still asleep in the corner, purring softly.
"GET UP!" Purple hissed and kicked yellow. Yellow sprang awake and tried backing up. She was looking up at purple, clearly startled.
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE?!" purple came closer to yellow. Yellow's ears went back "w-what do you mean?" Her voice was shaky but purple went on
"You killed him didn't you!" she spat and continued coming closer to yellow. Yellow stood up
"I didn't do any-" purple cut her off "then why wasn't he at the meeting? YOU where the last one with cyan!" She snarled, she bother hiding her mouth.
"Last i saw him he was sleeping in com's, go check there instead of blaming me for nothing!" Yellow growled and purple hid her mouth again
"If he isn't there your dead..." purple responded coldly, yellow searched her visor for any emotion but didn't see anything. Purple opened the doors. She turned around and went to the door
"And you're coming with me to check" purple took a deep breath so she didn't snap at yellow
"If you didn't do anything, you won't mind coming to check with me" she glared at yellow, dareing her to protest. Yellow got up and followed purple to communications.
"He'll be here hm?" Purple sounded calm but yellow could tell she was angry. Purple sat down in communications but yellow went out
"Cyan?" She called, walking into storage.
