Alright so I might use this in the future so plz don't use this.
A few days ago an author came to visit out school. You might know him, he wrote Scar Island, The Honest Truth, Coyote Sunrise, and the Midnight Children. Dan Gemeinhart (I think that's how u spell it?).
So anyways, we all wrote these story ideas cuz that was what we were doing, and I kinda like my idea.
Basically the story is set in the future, where sorcerers and magical people who turned into dragons at the age of twelve took over. The dragons restored the nature and they all lived together hapily.
However, they had a disagreement on a few things, until one of the sorcerers 'accidentally' murdered a dragon. That began the 200 year war :>
The main character, which I named Luke (cuz y not I felt like having a character named Luke), was killed by The Protector, who knew he was a dragon (tho he doesn't know himself). However, he failed, and Luke was found by the dragons.
