It was the day after the swayamvar when both Durydhona and Karna were strolling out in the garden. Durydhona was in his fantasy land, most probably thinking of his would-be Subhadra, while Karna was trying to get his friend out of dreamland. Karna knew how much Durydhona loved Subhadra and he couldn't help, but feel sorry for his best friend. He knew how the eldest princess of Dwarka wished for the third Pandava to win her hand as he had already had her heart, but he didn't realise that the third Pandava loved his wife, and would go mad for her no matter what.
Karna was scared as Durydhona was his only friend that he could trust. It was the Crown Prince of Hastinapur, who first knew about Angaraj's love for that youngest princess of Dwarka, and it was him who encouraged Karna to fight for his love, and for that he got Yogamaya as his lifelong love.Karna knew that Durydhona would have to face many troubles in the future, but he knew that his friend was strong enough to deal with the blows given by Niyati and that he would win his love and prove that he was worthy of Yogamaya's love. The King of Anga did not know that the third Pandava would ruin the great name of Pandu, by going after another man's wife.
Durydhona was not as blind as they make him to be. He knew about the love that his would-be harbored for his third cousin and also the obsession that Arjuna had for his best-friends wife. Durydhona was at first furious when he found out and was about to kill Arjuna with his mace for just thinking about a married lady, but his uncle Shakuni calmed him down by convincing him that the if he did kill middle Pandava, his position as Crown Prince would be risked. The eldest Gandarinandan knew that he would have to wait patiently and work hard to win his loves love, but he wasn't known as the most stubborn Prince for no reason. The crown Prince was ready to face any thing that destiny threw at him, for loving someone. But he did not realise that the eldest princess of Dwarka was his soulmate and that the so-called "love" she had for Arjuna was just infatuation and attraction.
Karna was sitting in his chambers, reading through his scrolls when a guard came upto him panting. He first told the man to take a breathe before asking him what was the problem.The guard told him news that he couldn't recover from. "The Princess of Pukeya is outside demanding to see her brother". Karna couldn't help, but laugh at his own self-misery. The Princess of Pukeya, Rajkumari Radhika was a very beautiful and simplistic princess. She prefer a simpler approach to life and was always calm, but whenever she got angry, nobody could stop her from showing her fury and today was Karn's lucky day because he was her target. Karn knew that he couldn't get away, so he went to endure her scoldings.
