"A writing partner ?"

"Precisely miss Barclay, for this assignment all of you will have a mystery partner, who you will write to, I've paired up with Mrs.Drac class"

Ms.Thornhill said with a smile as she clasped her hands together in excitement, Wednesday sat in silence staring at the teacher who looked so happy and excited

"What does this have to do with plants" She asked sending daggers to the lady , Everyone nodded at her question not fully understanding, this was a plant class, not english

"Well...we just want you guys to be more social, we thought it would be fun! So why not!" She answered smiling, Enid raised her hand , Ms. Thornhill nodding at her

"I like it! I can't wait!! This while anonymous thing sounds exciting! When do we start? " Enid said, her eyes sparkling, If she had a tail it would be wagging

"Today of course! I already have your letters here!" She pulled out letters out of a drawer from her desk "I will call your name, hand you your letter, and you are all dismissed, the only assignment left is to have a response by tomorrow"

Some were excited, some were not, some were meh about it

"And Finally, Wednesday, here's yours" She handed with a smile, she frowned right away, the envelope was black, she raised an eyebrow at the woman questioning her

"Oh, i told Mrs. Drac to tell your letter buddy to use black envelopes ! of course they don't know it's you, your not the only one so no one becomes suspicious " She winked at her

" How considerate of you" Wednesday said with a hint of sarcasm, only glaring at the woman, walking away from her.

She stared at the envelope as she walked back to her dorm, thing popping out of her backpack, standing on her shoulder

"I don't know, i have better things to do" She said to thing

'Can i read it if you won't? '

Wednesday sat down once again contemplating on opening it

'C'mon, you like to write' Thing signaled as she left her alone , knowing her too well, knowing that she wouldn't read it if someone was around her

She slowly opened the envelope, a white piece of paper was inside of course, she pulled it out un folding it

My name is...well i can't say

I suppose you can call me, white, since it's the opposite color of black. I was told to use a black envelope, so I believe it would make sense to be called white.

Black is such a beautiful color tho, i'd like to be called black, or white, i'll let you decide what to call me.

What do I call you? Or would you prefer to stay nameless this whole time? Should you be black? Or should you be white? Let me know, please.

You must know, I'm a bit nervous...Will you reply? What if we don't get along? I wasn't fully on this whole idea of anonymous partner but now that i'm writing to you, it doesn't seem so bad after all

I'll be waiting for your answer, curious on what you have to say and your point of view of all of this, until then, partner.

Wednesday stared at the letter, she didn't want to say that she liked the persons hand writing, but it's the best she's seen since she's arrived at Nevermore, and the grammar, she rolled her eyes thinking about Enid's grammar

She heard the door knob opening, quickly stuffing the letter in her drawer

"Oh my god! The person i got seems so fun! I already wrote a response! What about you Wed's?!" Enid said smiling as she plopped down on her bed

"Haven't read it" She said in her usual monotone voice as she grabbed a piece of paper and a pen

"I think you're missing out! Anyways! I'm gonna go shower" She said leaving Wednesday alone

If thing had a face, it would be smiling, Knowing his girl too well, she did enjoy the letter. 

This is just a test, seeing how you react to this, and if i like it it will continue, it all depends!, I'll be back on Monday to check and decide!
