Basic stuff first, the story takes place in 2018 for both universes. Ben is 19 and has unlocked Master Control, this version of him is based of the 5YL version created by the Ink Tank.

His Omnitrix has the Evolutionary Feature, Azmuth installed after giving a bit more thought about the Feature. The Omnitrix also acts as a mental barrier to prevent any unwarranted mental attacks on Ben.
The Omni-Kix armour was designed by Azmuth as a means to focus and enhance the respective powers of each species in a means to help them grow stronger. In addition to this mode, the Omnitrix also comes equipped with the Radiation Mode which will automatically equip any alien that isn't immune to it with the armour in a fashion similar to the Omni-Naut armour.
The Omnitrix will change forms depending on whether or not Ben is in his uniform.

Ben will have his car, which will come with him when he first arrives in the Young Justice Universe and the rebuilt Tenn-Speed which will be brought to him by Professor Paradox.
Since the roadtrip, Ben has become a full time Plumber now and had taken martial arts training to better improve his skill when not transformed. Doubling down on that, he's also really good at parkour and traversing difficult terrains. He also has a minor degree in criminal Psychology.
Ben took some inspiration from Kevin when it came to his car and decided to improve it with alien technology and make it as durable as possible.
Due to some of his aliens e.g. Terraspin having some connection to Mana, Ben can temporarily awaken his dormant spark when he's transformed, allowing him to use magic, in addition to that, the Omnitrix can temporarily awaken his spark to transform him into an Anodite.
Due to this being a different timeline, this Ben did have a relationship with Kai for a bit but the pair broke up over differences in their life style but still remain close friends. I have no set ships for Ben or Rex yet but they will end up with someone.
But Rex won't immediately appear in this story but he will join.

Seeing as how I haven't seen the show yet, you can bet it'll be a while before I can actually get into writing this story.
This story was inspired by Firestorm808 story and Trestwho's Hunters of Justice story. So there will be some similarities to his own version. For example, Ben will set up a Mr. Smoothy shop in the world to insure that he has a stable form of income and as a side note this story is set before the events of the first episode of Young Justice. To get some world building going.
