Unknown Room

August 5

4 P.M.

Luiz POV's

I opened my eyes and found myself in a room, different from the one I shared with Aunt Beth. At first, I thought it was all a dream, but then I remembered Aunt Beth.

Luiz: Aunt Beth? (I called out in a voice filled with hope)

But the hope was quickly replaced by fear and despair when I saw the item that Aunt Beth had sent me lying on the table next to the bed. As I gazed at the object, My facial expression changed from hope to sheer terror and grief.

Luiz: Oh no, what have I done? (I thought to myself.)

Luiz: I should have not listened to her. I should have fought. I should have saved Aunt Beth!!

The realization that I could have prevented the tragedy struck me like a truck, and my heart was filled with grief and regret. I knew that my actions would haunt me for the rest of my life. Only time would tell if I could overcome the guilt and find peace again.

As I calmed myself down, I slowly exited the room I was in, opening the door with a cautious hand. As I leaned in to listen, I could faintly hear the sounds of the Television emanating from somewhere in the house.

Luiz: Hello? I said, my voice trembling with uncertainty.

I took a deep breath, trying to steady myself before trying to find the source of the noise. With each step I took, that noise became clearer and clearer, until it seemed almost deafening. And yet, despite my growing panic, I couldn't bring myself to turn away. Instead, I let my heart lead me toward the source of the sound, and as I approached, I was greeted by a man.

Joseph: Luiz, I'm glad that you're already awake. (he greeted me warmly)

Surprised but grateful, I responded,

Luiz: Joseph? How did you...

A sympathetic smile playing on his lips, Joseph replied,

Joseph: Oh, I'll explain how I found you, but first, you should eat. I'm sure you're starved after such a long nap. (He gestured towards the table where a hearty meal was waiting for me.)

The night Aunt Beth died

Joseph POV's

One night, while I was playing a mobile game in the confines of my room, a voice suddenly whispered in my ear, catching me off guard. At first, I couldn't pinpoint where the voice was coming from and thought it might be from the game I was playing, but after searching around, I couldn't find the source. Nonetheless, after a few minutes, the voice called out to me again, this time with a soft and calm tone.

"Go to Bitbit Bridge," it said, leaving me bewildered and intrigued. Without hesitation, I followed the voice's instructions, making my way to the local bridge known as Bitbit. Upon reaching it, I was met with a chill in the air and a peaceful aura that seemed to emanate from the bridge.

I walked for just a few minutes until I spotted Luiz running and looking utterly frightened. The moment I was about to call out his name, I noticed that a man was chasing after him, and in my fear of being seen or heard, I retreated to the safety of a parked car. My fear intensified when I saw him jump over the bridge, unsure of what to do, I remained in my hiding place.

After a few minutes, I spotted the man who had been following Luiz, jumping over the bridge as well. Wondering what was going on, I exited my hiding place and looked over the bridge. To my surprise, a blinding light suddenly appeared beneath the bridge. Curious to find out what it was, I cautiously approached and peered over the edge.
