The rougues arrive at the tower after a deal with Tony (Fury forced him to accept) but Tony forgets to tell someone.

TONY'S POV
Fuck. I'm so screwed, I'm so fucking screwed. Why did I ever even think of letting them come back? Why did I ever even think of letting him come back?
I made a promise to myself that I would never talk to him again. I would never even see him again. I mean, he tried to kill me.
God, what would Y/N say to me at the moment? Shit, Y/N! I never told her that they were going to be living here again.
I could feel my breathing grow faster, shit. Where is she when I need her? She was supposed to be here by now.
The elevator dinged. Yes, Finally! Right in time. I turn around to greet my intern. I really loved that kid, but she doesn't need to know that part.
I open my mouth to greet her, but I see them. There, I see the rougues. There, I see him. My breathing was fast again, I needed to calm myself down. I couldn't let them see how much they affected me.
"Hey, Tony." Captain Ice Cube said that. I open my out-of-nowhere dry mouth to greet them and say something to them.
But then I hear the elevator ping. Thank God. The doors open, and there I see her, my intern.
She, of course, doesn't realize who is in the living room, she is humming a song, singing here and there in a quiet voice, and just goes to the kitchen that is next to the lounge room, takes her earbuds out, and screams "Tony, I bought donuts! And yes! I bought the cookie monster one for you!" I could feel my cheeks heat up at her statement. Did she really have to say that?

She finally turns around and sees them, the rougues. Let's not say she is her number one fan. Especially with Captain England after she heard what he did with me.
She looked at me, then at them, and then she looked directly at Steve. I looked at her, then I looked at Steve, and I just sighed. I knew what she was going to do, even if I didn't look at her right now.
I stretched my arm out and that cut her path. I closed my eyes and sighed "No." I simply said. I mean, it was obvious to me that she was going to hit him, and she definitely wouldn't win a fight against him.
"But... But! He is right there!" She tried to make a reasonable reason for her to hit him, but just being in the room wasn't really one. So I just repeatead to her "No, go and wait for me in the lab." She just sighed and looked at me.
"I'm going to paint your favorite suit pink." She said that and just took off running. "Don't you dare! little piece of shi-" I started to scream at her, but then I remembered the rougues. I groan internally.
I clearead my throat, tidying myself a little bit. I open my mouth to say something, but Clint speaks first "Is she your daughter? because I totally see it." At that, Natasha elbowed him, earning a little "Ow! What? Is the truth!" out of him.
I smiled to myself, I liked that statement. What?! No! I quickly wipe the smile off my face and answer him. "No, she is just an intern. My personal intern." I hear Clint mutter a "Yeah, sure.." and Natasha smacking him in the head. hehe.
"Enough of that. You are sleeping in the same bedrooms as before. You now have limited access. You can't go without permission to my lab or room, and you can't, for no reason or motive, go to the kid's room."
I saw how Sam opened his mouth to say something, probably to complain. I loudly clapped my hands and said "No complaints? Great. Now bye-bye." And I walked away to my lab. It's practically the kids' and my lab, but whatever. I paid for it.
NOBODY'S POV
Tony arrived at the lab, and he indeed found his baby, his favorite suit, painted pink.
"I will find you! You little b-!" Tony contained himself before he screamed it, or else Pepper would kill him.
Of course, the rougues were spying on them. Clint managed to convince them. Steve keept saying how 'This is so, so wrong.' But even if he never admitted it, the curiosity was eating him.
They saw how Tony headed running to where FRIDAY told him, of course, asking were Y/N was first. The rougues close behind.
Tony finally found Y/N, she was in the kitchen, the box of donuts to her side, and the cookie monster donut in her hand. "Take one more step, and this sweet motherfucker will disappear." Tony raised his hands in surrender.
"What do you want? A new Ipad? You got it. Money? Original CD's of all three 'back to the future' movies? Anything but do not eat him, please."
The rougues were surprised by the dynamic of the pair. Was Tony always this sweet?
"I just want to know one thing. When were you going to tell me that the rougues were coming back? That he was coming back."
The rougues knew that she talked about Steve, they knew what had happened in Siberia, and they obviously got angry at Steve, but he had already apologized to them.
"Look, I know that you don't like him. But I needed to let him get back. I know he is sorry for his actions. I was going to tell you, I swear. It was just that time passed so quickly, and before I knew it, they were here."
"But he almost killed you! Imagine what would happen if he really did it! I wouldn't have anyone to bother!"
The rougues now felt really out of place, they shouldn't have spied them, but they now needed to hear the end of this.
"Look, kid, I know. But I already forgive him. It's time that you do it too." He said it sweetly to the girl while approaching her. He engulfed her in a hug, somehow letting the girl know that he would never let that happen again.
He couldn't even think of letting the kid alone, the kid, his kid.
