GLIMPSE OF US

CHAPTER NINE

After three days Zoro was finally able to visit Sanji properly. "Yo, cook" Zoro greeted as he made his way onto the table to but his bag on, "Hey, Mossy" Zoro frowned as he heard the cook's voice being extremely weak. He even frowned more when he noticed all the tubes and other stuff connecting into Sanji's body. "Nami and the others visited me two days ago in the morning." Sanji said as he moved to seat, Zoro nodded and sat next to the blonde.

Of course Zoro was happy that the others visited Sanji, since their all busy with stuff. Zoro wasn't able to see them when they visit cause they come in early and Zoro come every afternoon. Zoro then frowned "Is Ace with them?" he asked his voice and tone was normal but his face wasn't.

"Uh yeah he v-visited be for the next three days like you do" Zoro's frowned depend he knew that Ace have feelings for Sanji that's why he's feeling jealous. "He told me some of his adventures in Greece" Sanji smiled recalling all the stories of Ace going on Greece for two months. "Oh.." Zoro responded.

Early in the morning Sanji took his medicine after eating his breakfast when someone knocked at the door. Sanji was expecting Zoro but no he saw Ace, "Morning cook-san!!" Ace greeted. most of the month Ace would visit him every morning, talking and sometimes Ace would take him out to the garden. He was happy that Ace visits him often, but he wasn't feeling the more abnormal happiness when he was with Zoro.

Sanji could never go into the garden often as Zoro would not agree and would only allow it if Sanji was feeling twenty times better that before. But Ace was different. He know that Ace like him, but he don't like Ace that way, he only see Ace as a friend or a brother. Ace was a kind man with a very bright heart, his perfect but his not the perfect person for Sanji, or that Sanji wasn't the perfect person for him.

Ace was currently pushing Sanji's wheelchair around the garden. Sanji lough at every jokes Ace make and Ace would smile like he was falling over and over again to Sanji. They talked about various of things such as how Ace wanted to have a beach wedding with his future love. And how he wanted it to be peaceful like falling asleep.

Sanji listened wholeheartedly to what Ace was saying until they decided to head back inside. They wen't in Sanji's room and Ace carried Sanji in a bridal style and put him carefully on the bed before saying goodbye.

Sanji looked at his nurse niki who was keeping him company and spoke. "You- like him don't you?" Sanji asked in his tried voice, and niki instantly nodded. There's no reason to hide what she was feeling about Ace since Sanji already knew, "But he likes you.." Niki said looking down at the floor as she played with her thumbs.

"Don't worry his not" Sanji reassured Niki, though Sanji said was a sweet lie niki believed it anyways. Sanji thought that he might as well find someone good for Ace than to keep Ace waiting forever.

"Ace was a good man he wasn't hard to love" Sanji chuckled and smiled at niki. before they both heard a knock and Zoro went in.
