The two teams are tactfully positioned on opposite sides of the forest.
The Event starts.
Todo rushes ahead of the Kyōto team. He reaches the opposing team's side fairly quickly. Itadori intercepts him.
"Don't worry bout' me guys! Go on ahead!" he said
"You sure?!" Megumi asked
"I'll deal with him! Now go!" Yuji said while jumping back to avoid a sucker punch aiming at his face
The others have already thanked him and advanced farther into the forest, to each their own opponents.
"Itadori Yuji right?!" Todo asks
"Tell me! What's your type of girl?" he asks Yuji
"Huh?" he asked, confused
Todo was just standing there and calmly waiting for him to say his answer
"I like tall girls with big butts!" Yuji exclaimed
"Especially Jennifer Lawrence." he added
Just then, Todo has an imaginary flashback of the two of them. Running through a field and skipping along the sun-kissed path towards a patch of flowers. With two tickets in hand.
"What do you think, Brother?!" Todo asked Yuji
"What?"
"I should confess to Takada-chan!"
"You should bro! YOLO!"
They then skipped off to the individual handshake event (in the daydream)
"I hope I get to meet you again!" Takada told them
Todo nodded, almost fainting comically into Itadori's arms while a blush tints his cheeks
end of fake dream~
"My Besto Friendo!" Todo cried
"We will go through all different types of things!"
"Share different kinds of pain!"
"Look at different tall girls' butts!"
Todo announced, basically bawling his eyes out
"Don't worry, my Besto Friendo! I will go all out and give you the fight you deserve!" Todo said
"Let's go then!" Yuji responded

the fight starts and they be throwin' hands left and right
yuji starts off by running at the big dude and lunges forward with an elbow strike, the other defecting it with a leg
todo activates his technique and claps to switch his position with different objects to gain control over the fight
TIE.
MEANWHILE...
Maki faces off with Mai while Nobara vs Nishimiya
Maki ends the fight relatively quickly, showing off her heavenly restriction combined with years of training.
Not before Mai talks big though.
"All bark no bite." Maki told her twin
"Oh shut up. You're useless. You can't even use cursed energy." Mai says
"Coming from the one who uses rubber bullets in a gun."
"Oh yeah? You're so useless that the clan practically disowned you!"
