Nine

~In the World of Living~

Byakuya,Rukia,Renji,Ichigo,Orihime, Akira, and Kisumi all are in the World of Living taking care of some hollows. They had so far killed many and now are tracking another one.
Byakuya and Akira are getting along better after Akira finally figured out that Byakuya liked her. She knew she liked him back... But doesn't know of how to tell him... She is seriously not good with this stuff.
"Where is it?" Renji asked as they jumped over buildings.
Rukia looked at her phone. "It's around here. No sign of it though..."
Ichigo grunted and stopped to look around. "If it's invisible and it's stalking us..." Byakuya just looked at Ichigo like 'wut?'
"Hollows do stalk but not this long... I think." Akira replied as she landed tapping her chin with her index finge.
"Well... Maybe it's conjuring up a plan." Orihime chimed in.
The others looked at her and she laughed nervously. "The only way they know is to kill." Akira scratched her head.
"LOOK OUT!" Someone yelled out, something landed from the sky nearly squishing them all, if they didn't react as fast. Akira,Byakuya and Rukia all jumped on the side, shielding themselves from the flying debri, Ichigo,Renji, and Orihime jumped back, to come face to face with a Hollow.
"Now it shows itself." Byakuya muttered. It let out a roar and took a swipe at the three. Ichigo blocked the hit with his sword only making the Hollow mad even worse. It pushed Ichigo away as Renji jumped into the air, bringing his sword towards it's mask, slicing it in half. The Hollow then disintegrated into millions of pieces.
"Aw... We didn't get any action." Akira pouted as she crossed her arms.
Renji grinned as he sheathed his sword. "Gotta be faster Aki."
"I am faster! Faster then you are." Akira challenged Renji.
"Pleaseeeee." Renji scoffed at the silver haired girl.
"You both can finish this when we get back." Rukia said. Akira and Renji nodded still glaring at eachother. "In the meantime, Who's hungry?"
"Me!" Orihime raised her hand as did Akira,Renji, and Ichigo. Byakuya just gave a simple nod.
Rukia smiled. "Then let's get into our gigais and find somewhere to hang and eat at."
They all started walking towards old pervert s house to get Akira's since she didn't stay that long and Kisuke wanted to make a grand entrance so he decided to mail hers. and well when Akira got out of hers, it disappeared on her. Orihime decided to go on ahead and head back towards her house to cook something up since she didn't wanna go out.
"So tell me about this Kisuke guy." Akira asked as they walked.
"Hmmm... Where to begin.." Renji said. "Well for one.. He is a pervert. He's funny, strong.. All that crap."
"Errr.... Nice explanation there Renji."
"I try my best." Akira just rolled her eyes at him.
After a few minutes they stumbled upon his house, they were greeted by him.
"Ahh welcome!" Kisuke said as he grinned, fanning himself.
"Hey Kisuke." They all said except for Akira who looked out of place.
"There's Akira Aluna! I've been waiting for you since your gigai is all fixed now." Kisuke replied.
"How...?" Akira looked at him shocked.
"Kisuke knows everybody." Byakuya reassured her, Akira nodded still staring at the man infront of her.
"Well! I know you all are busy and stuff. So I won't hold you back."
Kisuke said as he walked in, pulling Akira with him well more like dragged then pulled. The others waited outside for Akira to come out, the door opened revealing Akira in her , Akira looked a bit uncomfortable since this is her second time in it. Akira never really went out into the World of Living in a gigai she only went out for missions. Byakuya was amazed of how beautiful she was... Sure she is always beautiful. Renji and Ichigo stood there basically drooling and Rukia was smiling.
"Why does this thing have to be uncomfortable..." Akira said with a groan.
"Well sorry, I did my best here." Kisuke said with a fake shock.
"Sorry, didn't mean for it to come out like that... Do I look bad?" Akira looked at them all, awaiting their reply.
"You look great!" Rukia exclaimed as she smiled wider.
"Yeah!" Renji and Ichigo nodded in agreement.
Byakuya nodded with a small smile on his face. Akira laughed and jumped up and down.
"Woooooooo!"
Kisuke cleared his throat, handing Akira a pack of Soul Candy. "Now this will allow you to get out of your gigai form and into your other form. Do not get hurt cause it will affect your gigai."
Akira nodded. "Aye sire." Kisuke bid them a good bye and they all went to go and eat. They walked along the streets to spot out a restaurant or a cafe'
"How about that one?" Rukia pointed out, they all looked at the brick building with a neon sign saying, "Noodles,Ramen. You Name It!" (I made that up lmao)
"I'm fine with anything... I just want food." Akira said as her stomach rumpled.
"Same. I'm starving." Renji agree with Akira.
Byakuya nodded. "Sure."
"Then let's go!"Ichigo exclaimed as he ran across the street, Rukia and Renji followed behind, leaving Akira and Byakuya walking close together. Their hands brushing against each other as they moved, Byakuya would sneak glances at Akira and Akira would just smile knowing he was glancing at her.
"Say Byakuya." Akira finally said as they approached the door.
"Hmm?"
"Do you want to kiss me?" Akira's question came out more like a whisper, her cheek were red as she was staring at ground. Byakuya looked at her shocked yet happy... He wanted to kiss her so so badly that he to restrain himself not to.
"Why do you ask?"
Akira twiddled her thumbs together and sighed. "Nevermind... It was a stupid question... Forget I said anything.." She looked off to the side, avoiding his stare at her.
"Akira..."
"It was stupid Byakuya.. I shouldn't have came out and said that.... I mean seriously who in the world would do that?" She looked up at him."Apparently me cause I'm a idiot... To think someone like yourself would kiss a girl like m-"
Akira was cut off by Byakuya's lips crashed onto hers, Akira looked shocked but melted away into the moment, Byakuya wrapped an arm around the small of her back, while the other was on her head. Akira snaked her arms around his neck, pulling him closer to her. Their lips moved into the perfect sync. They both had to pull back.. Cause ya need air.
Byakuya looked at her and she looked back at him. "You talk to much."
Akira just laughed. "Oops. My bad." She ran a hand down his cheek, smiling at him.
Byakuya cupped her chin in his hand and ran a finger over her lips. "I've been waiting for years to do that."
"Well. What took you so long?"
"Guess, I was thinking you were to good for me."
"Oh please. "I" thought I was to good for YOU. After all you are in a noble family but hey at least I was friends with you."
"True." He smiled before pecking her lips again... Not knowing that a certain three people were watching them.
"NO WAYYYYY!!!!" Renji exclaimed as he saw Byakuya and Akira kissed.
"Jealous are we Renji?" Rukia said with a smirk.
"Me? Jealous? Please." Renji waved her off as Ichigo laughed at the two.
"Wow. Can't believe Byakuya Kuchiki had feelings for someone else.... Say did he tell Akira about you know." Ichigo looked at Rukia who sighed.
"I don't think so... I don't think she even knew that Byakuya was married to my older sister...:
"She'll probably understand." Ichigo said as he rubbed her shoulder.
"Let's hope so." Renji put his arms behind his head as Byakuya and Akira walked in.. Looking like the kiss NEVER happened but it DID.
