The tension in Lucifer's chamber crackled like lightning as Lilith's accusation hung in the air, casting a shadow over the fragile peace that Lucifer and Alastor had carved out for themselves in the depths of Hell. With each passing moment, the storm of emotions threatened to consume them all.
"Lilith," Lucifer's voice cut through the silence, his tone laced with barely contained fury. "You are no longer my wife, and you have no right to interrogate me or my guests."
Lilith's gaze hardened, her resolve unyielding as she squared her shoulders, refusing to back down in the face of Lucifer's anger. "I may no longer bear the title of your wife, Lucifer," she spat, her words dripping with disdain, "but I am still the mother of all demons, and I will not stand idly by while you flaunt your indiscretions in the face of our kind."
Lucifer's jaw tightened as he struggled to contain the tempest of emotions raging within him. "This is not about flaunting anything, Lilith," he countered, his voice low and dangerous. "This is about love, something you seem to have forgotten amidst your lust for power."
Before Lilith could respond, Alastor stepped forward, his eyes flashing with defiance as he faced the formidable demoness before him. "Now hold on just a minute," he interjected, his voice cutting through the tension like a knife. "Lilith may be the mother of all demons, but that doesn't give her the right to dictate who we can or cannot love."
Lilith's gaze narrowed as she turned her attention to Alastor, her lips curling into a sinister smile. "And who are you to speak, Radio Demon?" she sneered, her voice dripping with contempt. "A mere mortal, playing at being something he's not."
Alastor bristled at Lilith's words, his usual composure faltering in the face of her scorn. "I may not be like you, Lilith," he retorted, his voice tinged with anger, "but I know love when I see it, and what Lucifer and I have is real."
As the tension between them reached its breaking point, the air crackled with anticipation, each demon poised on the edge of a precipice, ready to plunge into the abyss below. And in that moment, amidst the chaos of Hell, Lucifer and Alastor knew that they would stand together, united against whatever trials lay ahead, their love a beacon of light in the darkest depths of the underworld.
