C H A P T E R 3

(Cam's pov)
I wake up to the sound of laughter downstairs. I get out of my bed and grab my shirt putting it on. I guess I fell asleep in just my grey sweatpants. I walk downstairs to find all the boys sitting on the couch and Nicole in the kitchen. Why are the guys here so early.
"Yo look it's sleeping beauty!" Nash yelled pointing at me. All the guys came over giving me a bro hug. Nicole game over hugged me and kissed my cheek before yelling that breakfast was ready. I walk into the kitchen and grab plate but she stops me.
"I made you something special." she says smiling picking up a plate of chocolate chip pancakes, sausage,eggs and bacon.
"My favorite thank you." I say taking the plate from her and kissing her cheek. I sit at the counter because the table is packed. Send a quick text to the guys asking them for help. They all responded saying they would help me. Jack Johnson made an excuse for us boys to leave. He told Nicole we had a Magcon meeting so we had to leave. She kissed my cheek before I walked out the door. I feel bad for lying to her. I tell the guys how I feel about Nicole and I asked them what I should.
"Bro it's obvious she likes you to!" Jack Galinsky said with a smirk. All the guys agree. Taylor starts talking about how we were cuddled up on the couch last night. The guys gave me a little bit of hope. It's May and we are graduating soon meaning we have prom soon. The guys say I should ask her to go with me. That's a great idea I want to spend one of the most important nights of my life with her. I come up with an adorable way to aka her. prom is in 2 weeks so I have to ask her soon. I decided I would take her to the carnival on the board walk the. To the beach where the guys will hold up a sign asking her to go to prom with me as the fire works go off. Its perfect. The guys go to get everything ready and I go back to the house. When I walk in the house I immediately get nervous and start to sweat. Then Nicole comes down stairs wearing Nike shorts and a loose tank top.
"Hey Nicole. Can I ask you something?" I say looking at her. I have a lump in my throat and it's hard to swallow.
(Nicole's pov)
I'm sitting up stairs in my room when i hear the door open so I go down stairs. Cam is standing by the couch he looks nervous he's so sweaty.
"Hey Nicole. Can I ask you something?" He asks looking at me. My heart starts to race and my palms get sweaty.
"Of course." is the only thing i could manage to get out. Then Cam walks over and takes my hands. I'm so nervous.
"Nic would you like to go with me to the carnival and the. Maybe on a walk?" He asks looking into my eyes. His big brown eyes starring at me with terror I could tell he was afraid of my answer.
"I would love to." I say looking at him. He exhales a big breathe then hugs me.
"Okays so be ready by 6." he says then walks upstairs. I look at my watch it's already 3. I rush upstairs and look in my closet. I found an outfit and lay it out on my bed. *outfit in picture.* I then shower and do the usual I was everything and shave. I get out the shower and do my makeup then straiten my hair adding a little flower crown. when I look at the time it's 5:30 I took my sweet time doing everything earlier. I then walk to my room and put on my outfit straitening it out. I walk down stairs to see Cam watching tv. He's wearing a white polo shirt and tan pants.
"Wow you look absolutely beautiful." Cameron says walking over and hugging me. We go to the bored walk and walk around. then around 9 we walk towards the beach. When we reach a spot that has tiki torches set up and the boys holding a signs that was turned down so I couldn't see. Then Cam takes my hand and leads me in front of the boys. He tells me how beautiful I am and how much I mean to him. Then the fireworks start and the boys flip up the signs so I could see them. They each held a different word same had 2 or more. The signs said " Nicole Marie Johnson I would really love if you would agree to being my date to prom" I immediately turned to Cam ran into his arms and told him yes. After he skinned is around a few times he set me down. I looked up at him and grabbed his cheeks smashing his lips to mine. All the boys awe'd and o'd. I felt sparks as I kissed Cam. Ik so excited to go to prom with him! The rest of the night was fun we played games and road a few rides until we went home. It's Sunday night so we have school tomorrow. then we all went home and went to sleep. Goodnight sweet world!!
