One faithful day, a young boy with fluffy brown hair walked alongside the sidewalk of his usual neighborhood. He had always been bright and cheerful, never letting anyone say anything bad about him.

He then, WOMP, tripped over something, or as it seems.. someone "ow! Hey! Couldn't you see me?" A voice that sounds like a young girl says

It was a young girl, around augustine's age. Her hair was a pitch black color, and her eyes an emerald green. It is noticable that she also wears glasses, sometimes her eyes not being shown through them. "Sorry!" Replied Augustine. "I saw a cool bird!" He said truthfully. "Yeah yeah, birds blah blah, check these guys out!" The young girl said pulling the young boy down.

It appears that there is a small and hill, and a trail of ants carrying small specs of food. And around 2 yards away from the ant hill, an apple core with not even the core being there. The young girl watched with a bright smile, as Augustine's eyes widened in amazement "woah! there so cool!" He smiles as he continuesly watches the ants move.

"I know right?!" The girl asked excitedly "oh, my the way, my name is Dakota Stirling, what's yours?"

The girl asked, seeming rather happier than before, holding out her hand for a high-five as if she forgot about the young boy tripping over her in the first place.

Augustine high-fives Dakota, and smiles that bright smile of his that's warmer than the sun

"Augustine. Augustine Orlov."

First chapter done! Honestly I think I did pretty well, I feel extremely poetic and realistic and I have no idea why •́⁠ ⁠ ⁠‿⁠ ⁠,⁠•̀ anyway the next chapter is when they meet Winnie, and be warned, this book has a LOT of time skips, so keep it in mind please ^^ - Lulu
