THE FUTURE? Mavis rarely gave a second thought about it. She hardly ever even thought of what she would have for breakfast the next morning. She never saw herself as destined for anything big or spectacular and she most definitely never thought she would be roped into a world of Greek gods she didn't know even existed.
Life for her was simple, never really considering herself either a pessimist or optimist she just rather looked at the facts. She went to school, had a home, if she could consider the orphanage with mismatched bunked beds one and had two best friends that kept her lonely life entertaining.
Though maybe a little more caution with her words should have been advised because now she is running from shapeshifting teacher bat monsters and being sent on crazy quests that she doesn't think she would survive.
Worst part is, she still didn't know what she would have for breakfast tomorrow,
She just hopes she can stay alive till then.
