It hadn't even crossed my mind that Gabriel Agreste could be the one behind Monarch's mask,is this why he gave me the power of illusion
"Now you know how I knew where you live" Gabriel said
"But you...he.." I said still not believing my eyes
"I believe you own me an explanation Y/n?" Gabriel said,he sat on the edge of the sofa close to my legs
"I did agree to it" I said" Before I became a teachers assistant and before I wanted to be a photographer,I used to work for the Police" I began

"How is this explaining anything?" Gabriel asked
"Just wait" I said " Anyway back then I had a bit of a anger issue,which I was trying to resolve on my own. And one day I'm called to help evacuate people from a building as there is a akumatized person nearby. Only problem was when I entered the building it came down on top of me,I had only gone in to make sure it was empty" I looked at Gabriel and see he is looking ahead of him" I'm not sure how long I lay there but I was under a pile of rubble,lucky to be still alive."

"I kept thinking to my self that Ladybug knows I came in here,she will come to save me. Only the building got fixed around me and no hero came for me,I had to save myself. I shouted for help but no one came,in the end I reached for my radio and asked for help. I got to the hospital and they informed me that due to a cataclysm on the building and the rubble landing on me,I had a broken back. Eventually my back healed and I wasn't paralysed,I wanted to go back to work...only they didn't take me back. Due to my anger I was a risk to being akumatized and so I lost my job."

"With no job I couldn't afford rent anymore and had to move out of the house I lived in. My friends from the police didn't help me,so I had to help myself. Again. So it's thanks to Ladybug and Cat Noir that I lost my job and my home" I finished. Silence settles around the room after I had finished talking,even Trixx and Nooroo are silent
"You lost everything because of me" Gabriel said eventually
"No it was the cat and bug" I said , Gabriel faced me
"I akumatized the person that day and caused all this."

"But you had no control over what the person did,you gave them the goal of getting the miraculous. Its was the heroes that caused the destruction knowing Ladybug's lucky charm would fix everything but me" I said
"I'm so sorry Y/n" Gabriel said taking my hand that is closest to him. I saw the Kwami's exchange a look
"Don't be,my life is much better now than it was back then" I said " I have two better jobs, a dream job goal and a much better place to live. I don't even have any anger issues anymore either"
"Well at least you have a genuine reason for disliking the heroes,not like some others " Gabriel said.

"Yeah that's true " I agreed,I looked at his hand holding my own" Thank you for coming to my rescue Gabriel"
"Well I'd hate to lose a miraculous" Gabriel said
"But Master you said you didn't want to lose a friend" Nooroo said
"Aww how sweet of you" I said teasingly, Gabriel glared at the butterfly but didn't deny his words "Fancy something to eat,I'm quite hungry?" I said
"Are you asking me to cook for you?" Gabriel asked
"When did I say that"I said reaching behind the cushion that is behind me and grabbing my phone " I feel like ordering pizza"
"You will do no such thing" Gabriel said standing up" I will make you a pizza,it will be much more healthy"
