Akanksha gained consciousness and her first words were " abhinav, abhinav "

Bhavna : Kaun abhinav ?

Abhinav called the doctor to see her.

Here abhimanyu disguised as rajdeep living with a different family. He planned to seek revenge on abhinav and marry akshara again. He knew about Akanksha's obsession with abhinav. So he used those pictures to trigger her. Now he reached the hospital where akanksha is getting treatment. He entered her room and closed the door. Akanksha panicked.

Akanksha smirked and they both shook hands

Here goenka's convinced akshara to stay at udaipur and continue her job as neela amma gets sick often. She agreed. She resumed her work.

Abhimanyu disguised himself as an intern in Akshara's firm.

Abhimnayu met akshara there.

Akshara : Ap naye lag rahe ho yaha. Kaun ho ap?

Akshara got really impressed and said " Yeh toh bahot acchi baat hai. All the best rajdeep ".

Here akanksha is recovering well and abhinav was forced to take care of her. Akanksha secretly put akshara and Abhimanyu's engagement ( after abhinav's death ) pictures in abhinav's files.

Abhinav saw those pictures and was in deep shock. Akanksha came inside the room and acted like she is seeing those pictures for the first time.

Akanksha: Oh my god!! Yeh toh akshara hai na? Yeh aur abhimanyu engagement kar rahe the? Tumhari maut k 1 mahine baad hi? Such a desperate lady. See how happy she is with abhimanyu.

Abhinav left the room angrily

Here in Akshara's office. Abhimanyu intentionally cut the hook of the ceiling fan so that it falls down while akshara was doing her work under it.
The ceiling fan was about to fall and abhimanyu rushed to the room and pulled her towards him to save her. Akshara fell into his arms . She was scared so she hold him tight. Someone was taking pictures of abhimanyu and akshara getting close.

Akshara immediately pushed him. She said " thank you rajdeep"

Abhimanyu: I'm always here for you ma'am

Akshara ( with a confused face ) gave a fake smile.

Abhimanyu called someone and asked " ho gaya kaam ? "
