"Lex Ava are you ready to order?" He smiles pulling his book out. "Whatever this shrimp thingy was, it was amazing Niall." I blushed. "We'll both have steaks, medium." Lexi finished ordering for us. Lexi thought he was hot too. "So Niall do you have any hot friends like you?" I ask him, his face goes soft and his features seem sad. "Not for me for her." I point at Lex. "oh right" he nervously laughs "I'll put your order in for your entrees then come back." he smiles and turns around. "Niall's got a nice butt too." That last comment even made Lex blush.

The races are tonight. They come around once a month and each Friday when the month is up, I wait for my phone to buzz with the secret location. I don't race for the money I race for myself, the money is just a bonus. It's something that my dad doesn't know about me the one secret we have between us. If he found out I'm pretty sure he would go into cardiac arrest. Only two people in the world know what I do on those Friday nights. My no good ex-boyfriend Logan, who is my biggest rival the one that got me into racing. The other is Alexis of course. Logan did me really dirty at one of the last races. Messed up enough to shatter my heart into a million pieces.

"Two steaks medium rare for two very lovely ladies." His braces show through his smile this time.

"Another round please Niall." I draw his name out. "So Niall when do you get off?" He places lexis plate down and looks up at her. His orbs just staring as Lexi talks "did you get ahold of your friends?" She finished her rampage slowly cutting into the steak. "About ten-then thirty loves and actually I did." His accent very thick as he says thirty. Lexi drops her fork I sip the remanance of my mojito. " We actually made plans to a party tonight if you ladies would like to join." "Is that a date?" I place the empty glass down eyeing him slyly. "It can be if you want it to be." he winks. "We actually have plans tonight," I shrug. " Do you know about the races?" "You mean the ones when they close down multiple streets, everyone becomes on high alert super fast cars, highly illegal?" I nod my head "yes those exactly." "I've heard of them." He stifles a laugh.

"I'm going to the bathroom." Lexi tosses her napkin and wiggles away.

"The ones that only come once a month." i lift an eyebrow pushing the plate to the side leaning in. "Sit real quick Niall." he glances. "Please." I finish. He picks up lexis napkin and sits. "Why are you asking Avalon?" I cut him off, "Ava, Niall just Ava..." he puts his hands up in surrender. "Well I'm one of the racers, I'm actually pretty good." "So yours is the black gtr, with the black on black outside." I smile and nod once more. "Auto or standard?" "Standard." I lean back as a smirk starts to grow on his face. "Well tonight happens to be the month." I cant help but smirk at the adrenaline starting to pump.

"Look Ava, that's not really my thing, but your car is beautiful to say the least. But i really dont feel like getting arrested tonight." The air goes silent between us, as his hands start drumming on his leg.
