Connie's POV
This was not the plan. Connie thinks while he groans in pain, lying flat on the ground where he fell off his bike. He just wanted to ride his motorcycle since the weather was nice, take in the sun and maybe—definitely—stop by your place to see if he could take you for a spin. But no, plans changed because a woman lost hold of her dog's leash as it ran in the middle of the street, causing him to swerve.
"Sir, can you hear me?" He hears an EMT ask as they check his pulse. Connie just wants to yell out that he's fine, but his head is pounding from how hard he hit it on the concrete. He just knows it's a concussion.
"He's not responding. Quick, let's transfer him on the stretcher! He might've took a hard blow to the head!"
As he's lifted from the ground, all Connie can think about is how you would've made him feel better already. Just one forehead kiss and a sweet smile from you could take away all his pain; You're the solution to his problems.
Once he feels his back on the padded surface and his body being strapped in, his vision gets blurry as he starts to slip in and out of consciousness. "I need to see y/n," He mumbles under his breath while trying his best to keep his eyes open, the sun that's beaming in his face making it harder for him.
"Sir, what's your name? Can you tell me your name?" The voice of another EMT rings in his ear but all he can think about is you.
"I'll show you what d-devotion is...night after night...I'll be f-fuckin you right," Connie continues to mumble incoherently.
"He may have a concussion, let's hurry."
May have a concussion? May?
"I want Y/n," he mumbles again.
Just as they start to roll him towards the ambulance truck, he turns his head to the side and that's when he sees you. All of sudden he's pumped with adrenaline. He blinks fast, trying to clear up his eyesight to make sure he isn't hallucinating. And he isn't. He knows the sway of those hips like the back of his hand. It's definitely you!
With how things left off yesterday, he feels like he has a chance with you if he could just speak to you one more time. So, with that in mind, he bolts into action as you're about to cross the street, trying to hurry and undo the straps across him to run after you.
"Sir we need you to stay down!" Immediately, there's multiple hands on him trying to keep him pinned but it's not enough to deter him. "It's not safe to move!"
"I don't care! I need to talk to her!" He pushes.
"Who? Sir, you need to go to the hospital—"
