You open your eyes and turn over in your bed. 8:59 AM. 1 minute before the alarm was about to go off. You smirk and q
uickly turn it off before it rings. Hugging your pillow you sigh not wanting to get up. Forcing yourself up anyway, you quickly got ready for your job at Starbucks. Once you were set, you left and locked up your small apartment.

You always walked to work. The same route you always took. And you always got there on time. 5 minutes before your shift actually started.

"Hey, y/n!!" Your best friend Angie said as you walked in.

You smiled and walked up to her for a quick hug, hurrying to get started.

"Hello, my wonderful amazing Angie" You smiled and proceeded to start taking orders. To your surprise it was a slow day. Of course a lot of people came in, but not the usual. After a few hours of work you felt bored, but something caught your attention. As you were serving a woman, you heard a voice you recognized, but couldn't put your finger on it.

"Phil, hurry and decide what you want before they ask." A British voice demanded.

"I can't decide." Another British voice replied.

It's wasn't unusual to have foreign people come in, this IS New York. But you knew those voices.

You quickly looked over and saw THEM.
That's Dan and Phil. The living beings Dan Howell and Phil Lester. Panicking, you quickly ran to the register ready to take their orders.

"Excuse me, I'd like a small Caramel Mocha under the name Dan, and a small Vanilla Bean frap under the name Phil," Dan said looking up at the menu while Phil curiously looking around.

"Would that be all sir?" You said quickly flustering.

Dan looked at you and blushed. "Ye-yeah, that'll be all" he smiled.

"$7.54" You responded. Dan handed you the money and nudged Phil to follow him. Quickly you made their drinks. YOU wanted to be the one to give them their drinks. These were your idols, the guys that made you laugh when you felt like crying. The guys who made you smile all the time.

"Slow down or you'll break something," Angie teased, seeing that you were rushing.

You awkwardly smiled and quickly set up the guys' drinks.

"Dan and Phil!" You announced.

Dan walked up and grabbed the drinks. He nodded and thank you and smiled. He then sat down and talked to Phil. Thank God there isn't a lot of people today. You thought to yourself. You took so many glances looking at Dan and Phil laugh with eachother. This was that one moment you really hoped Phan didn't exist. That would completely ruin your chance with Dan. You smirked at the thought and looked to Dan. To your surprise Dan was also taking glances at you. He would look over as Phil would be talking and quickly look away.

Shifts finally over.

"Bye Angie!!" You waved to her and kept walking.Dan and Phil were still there talking away. Cute how they can just talk to eachother for a long time. As you were walking to the door you heard them loudly whispering.

"Just do it. Hurry! She's leaving!" Phil silently yelled.

Dan awkwardly walked up to you. "Hi" Was all Dan choked out. You looked over and smiled. Dan was blushing insanely and it was adorable.

"Hey...Dan." You smiled and looked at his brown eyes.

" Uh. Yeah. This is really out of character for me to walk up to strangers and ask this but...would you fancy a date with me?" He said rubbing his neck. God that sweet british accent and his voice made your heart melt.

There was a slight moment of silence. You were completely buffled. "Yeah!! Of course. Let me give you my number, we can plan something out. My name is Y/N" You said quickly grabbing a napkin and a pin off the coffee table. You were practically shaking. You handed him the napkin and gave a smirk.

"See you then Y/N!" He said smiling giving you a small wave. You waved back as he walked away to Phil. Once you got out of the Starbucks you have the widest smile on your face. You probably looked like an idiot walking around just smiling.

Once you finally got home, you closed the door and layed on the couch. You let out a big sigh. One thing you forgot was that the hardest part about all of this would be the wait for his phone call.
