Emily retreats to the bedroom where she can be alone and gather her thoughts before facing Mark's inevitable response. Her fingers tremble as she reaches for her phone on the bedside table. The cool device rests against her skin as she hesitates, unsure of how to reply to Mark's message. Could he truly be serious about this deal? Is it really happening? Emily takes a deep breath and closes her eyes, trying to calm herself down. She took a deep breath and began to text back Mark.

Emily: Mark, Steve just told me about what he did...

Mark: So, you're in on the deal now?

Emily: Yes, but I can't believe you would actually go through with this. It's a pretty crazy bet.

Mark: I plan to collect on the bet, or else he owes me money.

Emily: We can't afford to pay you back, is there any way we can come to a different agreement?

Mark: We've already talked about it, and the agreement was for one night with you, and now that it's in my head, I don't really anything else

Emily: I'm sure we can work out a different deal.

Mark: How about you get some rest first, and then we can discuss how you will fulfill your end of this.

Emily: Okay, but I really think we can come to an alternate solution.

With heavy steps, Emily trudges towards her bed. She can feel the anger seeping out of her body, replaced by a dull exhaustion that seems to weigh her down even more. She collapses onto her mattress, feeling completely drained from having to deal with the chaos and frustration of the situation. The sheets are cool against her skin, offering a small sense of comfort in the midst of everything. As she closes her eyes, she can still hear the echoes of raised voices and shattered emotions lingering in the air around her. Slowly, she allows herself to let go of it all.

Her dreams are unstoppable. She can shake off the thought of being seized by a man and used for his own desires. It's like a constant tug in her mind, an unrelenting pull towards a forbidden fantasy. The idea taunts and teases, enticing her with its dark allure. Her imagination runs wild with vivid scenes of passion and surrender, leaving her yearning for something she knows she shouldn't want. But now that the seed has been planted, it's impossible to ignore the overwhelming longing that courses through her veins.

Emily wakes up with remnants of her dream still lingering in her mind. Her fingers instinctively reached down to touch herself, feeling the slick wetness between her legs. The morning light filters through the curtains, casting a soft glow over the room. She sits up slowly, trying to shake off the remnants of the unsettling dream that had invaded her sleep. As she stretches and lets out a deep breath, she knows that she can't ignore the reality of the situation any longer. With a newfound determination, she gets out of bed and prepares herself to face Mark and the looming consequences of her husband's agreement.

Emily takes a deep breath and picks up her phone. She scrolls through her contacts, hesitating for a moment before finally pressing the call button next to Mark's name. The phone rings twice before he answers.

Mark's voice is tense as he speaks, his words clipped and urgent. "Emily," he says, interrupting her before she can even greet him. "We need to talk about this in person. Meet me for lunch today." His tone leaves no room for argument and Emily can sense the gravity of the situation start to hit her again. She agrees to meet him, her stomach churning with anxiety and apprehension.

During breakfast with Steve, Emily mentions that you have plans to meet today to finally resolve the issue. He immediately starts to protest, saying that she shouldn't have to go through with it. This angers her, as she says to Steve that this is going to be over with and she will deal with it.
