The next morning, we were both still slightly coming down from last night's high. Kaminari Suggested the local cafe in the group chat and I couldn't have gotten ready faster. Soon we were all waiting at the front gate of the school trying our hardest not to act severely hungover. As usual Mina was the last one to meet us there.
The walk to the cafe was filled with quiet laughs and low conversations. All of us were very tired and Mina couldn't shut up about how loud me and Kaminari were last night.
"So, are you two a couple now?" She asked at one point.
"Um? I don't know?" Kaminari said back after being lost in thought for a while.
"What do you mean?" Mina Asked as we walked into the cafe.
"We haven't really talked about it yet?" I said back as we all sat down at our usual Saturday morning table. Despite not usually going out the night before I came with them to the cafe in the mornings.
"Well, what do you want to drink?" She asked again randomly off topic.
"Large long black, triple shot." Kaminari said as he began to yawn.
"Same here." I said with a dead smile.
"We'll go and order while you two talk about it." She said with a smile as if she had already made the decision for us.
"Sounds like a plan." I said with a forced smile.
The four of them walked away to order and Kaminari looked at me.
"Nice lashes." He said with a cheeky smile.
"What?" I kind of considered that that looked bad. I opened my phone and looked in the camera to find them looking the exact same as they did the night before.
"Asshole." I said with a smile.
"Asshole or not, what are we?" He asked as he stretched his shoulders.
"Why don't we give a relationship a go? It could be fun?" I ask with a smile as I was met with his face lighting up. Clearly, he was expecting me to call us a 'one night stand' or 'better as just friends' and then I didn't.
"Yeah ok." He managed out through a melting body and bright red face.
Mina and the others came back with coffees and saw Kaminari being bright red with his face down on the table with my hand in his and they all already knew the answer to the next question.
"So, what did we call it?" Kirishima said as he put the two big cups on the table in front of us.
"Official." I said with a smile, not being able to hold my joy back anymore.
