the thing is simple–whoever doesn't abide by the following rules will get disqualified and thenceforth will be mentioned in this blacklist. if you have your name here, then you can't participate in these awards anymore, not even in a separate category.
anyway, you will be disqualified if you:
★ if you fail to reply to any new update, or simply do an active check (for eg. voting on a new chapter at least).
★ not letting me know about a change in your username or book title.
★ not following your assigned judge within one week.
★ misbehaving with the host (me), a judge or another participant.
