In, the quiet town of Kanata Valley, tucked away in the folds of the verdant hills, something unusual had taken root. Three women of Kanata Valley, Sarah, Wendy, and Mary had each discovered their powers and were struggling to understand the extent of their abilities. Their lives had once been ordinary, filled with the mundane tasks and small pleasures of small-town life. But now, everything was changing.

"Wow," they all exclaimed as each woman's discovery presented to them in their different atmospheres.

Sarah, in her cosy kitchen, found herself levitating her coffee mug on a lazy Sunday morning. Wendy, while walking home under the starlit sky, caught her own shadow dancing independently. Mary, in the solitude of her study, conjured a gust of wind that sent her papers flying.

At first, they believed that they had been cursed and had a very hard time dealing with their new norm. From then on, things had pretty much been like that for all three women.

The day they bumped Into each other at the mall had become the turning point in their lives. Sarah, the most adventurous of the three, decided to try out a spell she had been working on for days. With a wave of her hand, she made a flower bloom instantly in a pot at the local florist.

"Yes!" cheered Sarah, to herself in a good mood. She was about to walk away, when a young beautiful woman about her age, walked up to her smiling.

"Hi," said the woman, with a soft and squeaky voice. "I saw that. You have it too. I am Wendy." Her eyes were wide with shared understanding.

"You saw what she did too?" another beautiful young woman softly exclaimed, her voice barely above a whisper. She seems to be the same age as the two women standing before her.

"Huh, what do you mean by you have it too?" Sarah inquisitively asked, her eyebrows knitted together in confusion. The three women stared at each other, the air between them thick with unspoken questions.

"I'm Mary," the third introduced herself. "Can the three of us go somewhere private so we can talk?"

"I don't think so," said Sarah, her defences rising as she tried to leave.

"I think so," Wendy said, stepping forward to stop her.

"And why is that?" Sarah challenged, her eyes narrowing.

"Please, listen to us," Mary begged her hands fidgeting nervously.

"Because I can do similar tricks too," Wendy announced boldly. "See?" She picked up a flower from a nearby stall, aiming to turn it into a ball. The flower fizzled, popped, and then with a small explosion, blew up instead.

"Yes, me too," Mary added quickly, reaching out to steady the startled Sarah.

"WOW!!!" Sarah exclaimed as she threw her hands up to her mouth. The realization was starting to sink in, mirrored in the faces of the other two women.

"What are we?" Mary asked, her voice trembling.

"Are we," Sarah paused trying to get the last word out.

"Witches," Mary finished Sarah's question.

"KOOL!!" Wendy exclaimed, clapping her hands with excitement.

The two women looked at each other before turning a serious glance at Wendy. Wendy saw their glance and tried to stop herself from laughing. She was a little fun pooper, who loved nothing more than having fun and causing excitement.

"Let's find out who we are first. Before we continue to use them," Sarah suggested, the wheels in her mind already turning. "My name is Sarah."

"We can't just use them any and everywhere," Mary agreed her caution a counterpoint to Wendy's enthusiasm. "It is too risky to use them in the eyes of the public. Who knows what the town's people would do to us if they were to find out about our powers? We have to think about that too."

"Ok, fine!" the other two women annoyingly said in unison, rolling their eyes.

"That was amazing," clapped a strange man, who saw and heard everything they did.

"O, now what," sneered Mary throwing her hands into the air.

"Oops!" the other two women said in shock. "Busted!"

"Who else saw you girls?" Mary angrily asked.

"Only me, I hope," said the man in a deep low voice.

"Who are you?" inspected the three women.

"I am Ashton Richie," the man said. "Who are you?"

"I'm Wendy," ' said the beautiful redhead figure, in a flirting manner, pointing to herself, while twirling a finger in her long shiny red hair. "And these are Mary and Sarah. We were blessed with some kind of magic powers."

The other two women stood and watched them in disbelief. Sarah's mouth shot open wide. Mary's eyes popped out of her head. Both beautiful women shook their heads and pouted.

"Unbelievable," said Mary. "This Woman is unbelievable."

"I can't believe my eyes or my ears," Sarah said, as she pinched Wendy's tight skin.

"Ouch," Wendy cried out as she rubbed the area. "What was that for?"

Without giving her an answer Sarah grabbed her arm and pulled her close to her.

"What's wrong with you Wendy," whispered Mary. "He could be trouble."

"Then let's ask him a few questions to know for sure," Wendy thoughtfully suggested.

Then they turned to the handsome figure and asked, "What are your intentions?"

"Ladies I am not here to cause you any form of trouble," said Ashton. "I saw what you did and was amazed. I am a human; I am not some evil wizard or demon."

"I see!" exclaimed Mary.

"Could you please keep this between the four of us until we know for sure who we are," Sarah looked at Ashton and pleaded.

"Ok, your secrets are safe with me," said Ashton, as he smiled. "You don't have to worry about your powers. Just as long as, you try not to use them in public, ok. Try to control yourselves and learn how to use your powers. Try not to harm anyone. And use them only for good deeds."

"Ok, we will use our powers to do good deeds," Sarah answered.

"We promise!" the three women exclaimed, putting their hands on their hearts.

But, before we use our powers any at all, let's find out all we can about our background and why our powers have been just presented to us," Mary said.

"We would need some help with our background checks. We need to know who we are. And what is happening to our bodies," inquired Wendy with a charming flirty smile.

"Ok, on it," said Ashton, returning a smile.

The other two women watched with a look of disgust.

With the help of Ashton, the three women set off on a journey to find out all they can about who they were.

They found that they were not just witches, but they were blood related. They were triplets born to the most powerful witch and wizard. All their ancestors including their parents were hunted and killed by the dark forces in other words demons. Before death, in order to protect them the parents separate the three of them at birth, hoping that one day the three would reunite and bring down the dark forces.

They also came to know that all their ancestors worked as good citizens of this world. And were deceived by one of their own, because of greed, envy, and jealousy towards their parents.
