After the birthday party Enzo and I decided to go do some work on tracking down the Morellis. We didn't want to take the day off but Ari really wanted Luca to have a good birthday party. We all reluctantly agreed, surprisingly enough Enzo agreed the most.
We all ended up leaving to go to our rooms, or in Enzo and I's case the office. Enzo had told us to give Aria and Luca some time alone for what I'm assuming, is to give Luca then necklace we helped her with.
I'll have to ask Ari how he liked it. She was so worried he wouldn't like it, that it would be too "girly".
Enzo and I finally reached a good stopping point and I decided I'd give Enzo a break and go make sure they weren't still up and got to bed.
"I'll go check on Luca and Ari to make sure they got to bed okay" I said standing up from the office chair.
"Will you grab me a water on your way back?" Enzo asked finally taking his eyes off the computer.
I nodded and headed down to the living room. Lights were all off so I'm assuming they went up to bed. I grabbed Enzo a water bottle from the fridge and headed up to Ari's room, which I guess is technically Lucas room too.
I still have my reserves about Luca staying in the room with her, but I trust Luca with my life and I know it's better that she's not alone so I feel with it.
I made my way to the door and knocked softly, no answer.
I quietly opened the door to see Luca and Aria peacefully sleeping.

I know Luca was told not to touch her but god am I glad he didn't listen. With her sleeping record before him she never slept through the night and now I don't even know the last time she woke up from a nightmare.
Glad to know they did get to bed at a decent time.
I quietly backed out of the door and headed back to the office. "They're asleep" I said as I came into the office, handing Enzo his water.
