(SPOILER WARNING)

The once abandoned city was now covered in blood. The scent of smoke, blood being the only noticeable one in the air. Huge skyscrapers, buildings, pavements all converted into a state of decay.

And besides all these noticeable outcomes, the hunters were still fighting, that one beast that managed to completely change the course of the battle. The one who single handly murdered numerous S rankers. And is responsible for the mass destruction spreaded throughout the west coast.

The scenery wasn't a pleasant one to look at, at all. The hunters who were killed, there remains spreaded throughout the entire battle ground.

Their cries and shouts could be heard from each and every corner.

And in the middle of it all stood, a revolting monster, his wings spreaded upwards, his golden eyes staring down daggers at very individual who came to approach him. His menacing presence, and a thunderous roar was all it took for the hunters to get down on their knees.

Your point of view.

To say the least. The hunters were having no trouble battling. It felt like the whole war was a set up. A set up to get the media's attention and the fact that we were on the winning end just so early in the battle had to be a deception.

The gate that had opened an hour ago had sent many monsters through it's opening. And each and every one had their own level.

Much to its dismay, the government had already predicted as much, linning up hundereds of S rankers at its opening.

The hunters had no trouble fighting. Killing hundereds along the way. Their cocky grins only widening at each kill. Their overconfidence radiating out of their skins.

"Huh? This is it? I expected a lot more to be honest." A hunter groaned out, his bloody sword resting over his shoulder. Holding a smug expression. Looking over the dead bodies of the demons lined up on the ground.

My eyes averted at his say. Pulling my sword out of an demon's body with ease. Slicing it down in half. Its blood splattering on the ground.

"Seems like an S rank gate doesn't hold up to it's name. I had more fun battling back at my country then here." The man shrugged with saddened expression.
