Changes

Sit and be compliant as everything around you changes. Pretend that you're okay with it and move on with your life. Ignore the anxieties that plague your mind, if everyone around you is happy, you will be too. Cry yourself to sleep but don't make it too obvious because there's someone lying next to you that needs you to be okay for them. It's okay, hold your chest closer to your body so your lungs constrict and your brain fogs over long enough for you to find sleep. It's okay. Change is good...Right?
