at first, he called you sweet-ass. but you told him it's kinda embarrassing especially when he called you 'sweet-ass' on public. so he changed the 'ass' to 'cheeks'
THOR:

you told him there are like 1000 pet names in midgard to use. but he rather calls you with an asgardian's one. he says it make you look classier.
CLINT:
baby-boo.
you love to say that legolas is way much cooler than him. and you always fangirl about how cool legolas is if clint was around. so he calls you baby-boo, to teased you back. but it stuck and you started to get used to it.
BRUCE:
honey or dear.
he doesn't like a lovey dovey pet names, and so do you. so he calls you honey or dear. and you love it.
PIETRO:
baby girl.
he used to call you 'princess' but it made you looked like a 5 years old girl so now he calls you 'baby girl' and you love it. especially when he say it with a smirk.
LOKI:
sunshine.
once you showed him a lot of pet names that he could use on you and he thinks that 'sunshine' suits you the best. because for him, you brightened his days.
BUCKY:
cutie.
even though you don't really like it, but bucky insist to change it. he says that you're a very cute girl and he just loves to call you 'cutie' because that's what you are.
