CHECK WARNINGS IN PREVIOUS CHAPTERS
"The head one is from him hitting the table.. I was being to loud so... I guess that's my falt, huh?" He asked, a quaver in his voice.
The nurse only chuckled. "Did you walk up to him and bang his head against the table?" She questioned. Zan shook his head.
"Then you didn't inflict it on him, so it's not your falt, now is it?"
Zan sighed. "That's like saying a person who told someone else to shoot someone wasn't in the wrong." He responded.
The nurse laughed again and began to bandage the now cleaned wounds on Mozu. "That is a much different situation, in that case the person holding the gun has a choice of there own, while in this situation all you did was, what? Shut something that made a noise that was a bit too loud? It is most definaily not your falt, how could you know it would make such a loud noise?" The nurse stated, setting Mozu's head down on the pillow when she was finished wrapping him up.
Zan pondered on her statement for a moment. "Still. I didn't even have bandades to help him." Zan retorted.
The nurse shook her head and brought a chair over next to Zan's bed. "Hon, that's still not your falt. You don't need to blame yourself. As I said before, you werent the one who hit his head, and, although I'm not sure about what happened to his face, I'm sure you disn't do that either," She started, grabbing Zan's hands and holding them tightly. "You seam like you care about him a lot, running here and panicking just because he was hurt, so I'm positive you didn't hurt him."
Zan started at the nurse and smiled lightly. "Thank you, I think I needed that.." He muttered. The nurse smiled brightly.
"Of course! Not only is it my job, but I can just tell. There's something about you that just shines bright."
Zan shook his head. He's been told he was bright and had a positive attitude, like a golden retriever as his past girlfriend had said, but somehow the way this nurse was speaking. The way her voice sounded, it just calmed him.
