Riddhima and Tanvi both went to hospital for there exam while going also Riddhima was feeling uneasy but she went and appeared to write paper. After some hours later there exam was over and they all went from there . As Vansh was waiting for his sweetheart he saw all the students coming outside he was looking for her then he saw her coming with Tanvi but his sweetheart was looking upset he wanted to go out and ask her immediately but he can't go out so he waited for her to come. Tanvi bid bye to her when she spotted Vansh's car she went from there and Riddhima opened the cars door & got sited.

Vansh saw her but she was not looking at him so he cupping her face made her look at him

Vansh: ky hua..... tumhari tabiyat tho thik hai na... (Checking her forehead)

As he asked her eyes got teary🥺 she just threw herself into his arms  and started sobbing. Vansh was shocked but hugged her back and started caressing her back to calm her down but she was crying more so Vansh pulled her towards his lap as there car window was opaque they didn't have problem as outside peoples can't see what's going inside the car.

Vansh was worried for her he was caressing her back after some time she was normal but was hiccuping so he took a bottle from back side and made her drink sip by sip. After making her drink he saw her eyes was puffy, wet eyelashes, red cheeks but was looking so cute🥰. He kissed her cheeks and forehead and asked her the reason for her cries .

Riddhima: wo mera exam acha nhi gaya🥺... (and again her eyes teared up) 
mai likh nhi pai... muje bar bar dizziness feel ho raha tha...

Vansh: (cupping her face) Aree it's ok koi na... ab bataoo fir se dizziness ho raha hai ky... hum doctor ke pass chalte hai ok...

Riddhima: dizziness tho nhi hai but kuch acha nhi lagra...

She said being irritated and hugged him tightly he kissed her head then started his car towards mansion he also messaged the doctor to came to his mansion soon. After some time later they reached mansion and Vansh saw she was slept so he took her but she slowly opened her eyes and saw they reached home she saw she was in his arms so she told him to put her down but he didn't listen to her and took her towards there room. He slowly made her sit on bed and told her to rest. He went to downstairs and searched for Ramukaka but he was not there from a servent he got to know that he went to market. So Vansh went to kitchen and started making fruit juice for her he took fresh oranges and put it in the juicer. After making he went towards her and made her drink it. Sometimes later the doctor came and she checked her after and she thought to give injection but when Riddhima saw this she screamed making Vansh to barg in the room.

Vansh: ky hua Riddhima.....

He asked worrying

Riddhima: Vansh mai thik hu... aur inne bola ki muje injection ki jarurat nhi hai mai bilkul thik hu.....

She said making a panic face looking at the doctor's hand in which she was holding injection.

Riddhima: (to doctor) mai na bilkul thik hu... muje yeh injection ki koi jarurat nhi hai aap yeh rakh dijiye... ( to Vansh) tum bolo na....

Vansh who was watching her antics understood that she was scared of injection

Vansh: it's ok doctor aap usse extra medicines de dijiye yeh injection ki jarurat nhi.
