"This is the 'back' of the Prison Realm."
"Before Kenjaku found the Prison Realm, it was outside my barrier. I believed it was overseas."
"By sealing the Back Gate, I attempted to conceal the location of the 'front' but without success."
"To break it, you would need either the Inverted Spear of heaven that nullifies cursed techniques, or the Black Rope that disrupts and cancels cursed techniques."
"Ironically, Gojo Satoru himself either sealed or destroyed the spear 11 years ago."
"There's no Black Rope either. Miguel and I looked for it in Africa, but we found none." Yuta says
"How forgetful I am." Tengen mutters
"I am terribly sorry for forgetting, but the other method actually lies within your grasp already."
"Huh? What'd you mean by that?" Maki asks
"The Control devil, who also happens to be your teacher, has the Chain Manifestation technique which cancels out the use of any cursed energy or techniques."
"Makima-sensei?!" Yuji asks
"Yes." Yuta replies
"That's why when Sensei materialized chains around Kenjaku, he couldn't use any of his abilities!" Yuji said

Yuji interjects, feeling quite brain-dead from all the explaining that this weird old guy just did. "So is that a bad thing or...?"
"Idiot! It's obviously a good thing!" Megumi bonks him
"Ohh..okay I get it."
Megumi then looks over at the basically ancient sorcerer. "Master Tengen, how long will the ritual take?"
"Two months will suffice."
"It was 9am on the ninth of November when Kenjaku placed curses all over Japan." Maki states
"Player sorcerers awakened at about midnight on October 31st." Yuta adds
"Tsumiki would have roughly ten days and 15 hours to declare her participation." Megumi concludes
"Refusing to participate is indeed fatal." Tengen says
"If what Ieri-san said is true, that means sorcerers like me who have no cursed energy are unaffected." Maki tells them
"How bout' the civilians who are already in the barrier?" Yuji asks
"They will be given a chance to exit."
"Wow! That's so generous of them!" He says
"But I'll have to kill people again." Yuji mutters, a downcast look on his face
"I have a few ideas." Megumi tells him
"It's settled then! We all have a role to play." Maki says
