The two day school culture festival had arrived. Soji walked through the hallway accompanied by his friends Erika, Kotori and Kazuma. Soji greeted the girls who often greeted him when he entered the classroom. The two girls also greeted Kotori, Erika and Kazuma. To them, it did not matter if Soji's friends were unpopular, they still respected them.

Erika was still getting used to being being at their school after transferring from Fukuhara High, but everyone made her feel welcome. Soji and Erika had been close friends ever since he and Kazuma met her at the matchmaking party. Then Erika met Kotori when Kotori and Soji were on a video call, and the rest is history.

It was time for the first day of the school culture festival to begin. Despite her gyaru looking appearance, Erika was just an ordinary girl. She and the others were really good friends. One of the games at the school culture festival was the Couple Numbers game. Upon receiving the heart-shaped pieces of paper, Erika and Soji got the same number.

How the couple numbers game worked was that it involved having the same number and then taking a photo with the person who has the same number as you. It is foretold that the couple who has the same number will start dating.

Erika was also popular and was good friends with the others. Out of the people in their friend group, she was closest with Soji. She had had many conversations with Kotori on the school rooftop and found out that Kotori had been friend-zoned by Soji, but was okay with it. She also ate lunch with Kazuma multiple times.

They would often sit together under the cherry blossom tree, sharing stories and laughter. Erika admired Kazuma's easy going nature and his ability to make her feel comfortable in their friendship.

As the school culture festival continued, Soji, Erika, Kotori, and Kazuma decided to explore all the different booths and activities together. They laughed and cheered each other on as they participated in various games and contests. It was evident to everyone around them that their bond was unbreakable, and they were truly a tight-knit group.

During the festival, Erika and Soji's couple number game became the talk of the school. Many students believed that they were a perfect match and couldn't help but root for them. Erika, however, didn't let the rumours and expectations affect her friendship with Soji. She cherished their connection and valued their deep understanding of each other.

As the day came to an end, the group gathered near the stage for the closing ceremony. Soji, Erika, Kotori, and Kazuma stood side by side, their smiles reflecting the joy and memories they had created throughout the festival. The crowd erupted in applause as they were recognized for their outstanding participation and camaraderie.

The school culture festival had not only brought the entire school together but had also strengthened the bond between Soji, Erika, Kotori, and Kazuma. They had proven that popularity and appearances didn't define true friendship. It was the genuine care, support, and acceptance they had for each other that made their connection so special.

As they walked home together, reminiscing about the day's events, Soji couldn't help but feel grateful for the amazing friends he had found. They had brought so much joy and happiness into his life, and he knew that no matter what challenges they faced in the future, they would always have each other's backs.

The school culture festival had not only been a celebration of their school's talents and creativity but also a testament to the power of friendship. Soji, Erika, Kotori, and Kazuma had formed an unbreakable bond that would continue to grow and flourish, making their high school years truly unforgettable.

The school culture festival had come to an end and things appeared to remain the same. However, Soji could not help but feel more attracted to Erika. This made him feel quite strange because the two of them were good friends. He did not want to make a risky decision and possibly ruin what they have.

Soji was still a kid at heart and was not used to the whole concept of having feelings for someone. Just thinking about his attraction to Erika made his face go red. Recently, Soji noticed things about Erika that he did not notice before.

The way she would bite the top of her pen when she was studying and struggling with a tricky question, the way she would tuck a strand of her hair behind her ear and the way she made him laugh easily, these things only now made sense to Soji.

Erika was playing basketball in the park with her younger brother Kazu and she seemed to be besting him easily. Out of the two of them, Erika was the athletic one despite her gyaru appearance. Kazu did not understand how his older sister was so good, and Erika stated that she would teach him one time.

The two siblings were close in ways that you would not believe. Erika loved being a big sister and promised to protect Kazu, leading to some rather embarrassing and awkward moments. Despite this, Kazu still loved his big sister a lot and was grateful to be related to her.

Erika also started to view Soji differently. She noticed that Soji was always spending time with Kotori, despite the difference in their popularity. Erika also noticed that Soji was always there to help their classmates and even the teachers if they were in trouble. Even during the school culture festival, Soji helped to fix things that went wrong.

If it is not clear already, I'd say that the two of them are starting to fall for each other. Would you not agree?
