The definition of sup is "take (drink or liquid food) by sips or spoonfuls."
I presume you do not mean to command me to eat or drink and that you instead mean "sup" as a shortened version of "What's up".
To answer that question correctly, I'd have to respond "The ceiling", but I don't think that is the answer you are seeking.
I reason you mean to ask how I am doing.
