Rafael Vale:

She healed me.

At first, I expected her to bully me like everyone else, but she surprised me. Her presence seemingly dissolving the darkness that was once raging in me, leaving it nonexistent when she was around.

This was the first time I didn't feel suffocated.

The urge to wield the darkness against others has vanished. Its bloodthirst is gone. I feel free.

With the darkness settling down and no longer controlling me, I feel free, like I am myself, like I'm not crazy. I am Rafael Nicholas Vale.

But her kindness leaves me puzzled. Why would she heal me? Why the sudden reassurance?

Reassurance. Something I don't remember feeling for a long time. Everything has been lost since that day. The day my father turned into a monster, the day he started to turn into someone cruel, the day he left all of his humanity. The day he killed my mother, his fated mate. The day he turned me into this disaster.

She looked at me with such determination, it left me amazed.

Her eyes closed, I shamelessly stared at her. She looked like a delicate rose, stunningly beautiful, yet capable of unleashing a fierce storm when angered.

As she immersed herself in deep concentration, her beauty seemed to magnify, each feature enhanced by the intensity of her focus.

A chilly breeze swept through, tousling her sleek raven locks. Her bangs danced in the wind, revealing the entirety of her striking face. I've never seen such a fierce beauty before.

But I quickly scolded myself, remembering our fundamental differences. She is a wolf, a very powerful at that, I could tell. And I am, now a human.

Her eyes still closed, she spoke "Rafe!! Quit comparing me with a rose. Will ya? I am trying to concentrate here".

I panicked. She read my thoughts!! Is that even possible!?!?

"Yes, I can read your thoughts, now be quiet, Rafe!" She spoke meeting my eyes.

I, still in shock, quickly averted my eyes, looking everywhere other than her direction.

"Okay" I stuttered softly as my cheeks flushed with embarrassment. She smirked detecting my shyness.

"Oh Rafe, are you blushing??" She teased.

"No I'm not!!" I retorted. Well I tried to but miserably failed with my stutter.

"Well well whatever you little liar" smirking she continued to tease as my ears changed between different shades of pink.

In an instant, the mood shifted. Laughter and banter dissipated, replaced by an eerie tension. Her demeanor transformed, radiating pure fury and an unquenchable thirst for vengeance, as I felt my memories flashing in my mind.

The depressing memories of me being bullied surged back with force. The faces of my bullies, their sneers etched vividly in my memory. It felt as if i was being bullied once again. Like things were being repeated. As if I've travelled back in time. They caused me pain physically and mentally. They humiliated me.

Opening my eyes as I came back to my senses, the flames of rage within her burned hotter than ever, seething with an intensity that seemed to consume everything in its path.

It's as if she was gonna murder someone.

"Hey!!!" I yelled hastily as she rose from her seat, the urgency evident in my tone.

I've witnessed the fury of countless wolves, yet none compared to the chilling intensity of hers. Her aura exuded a suffocating presence, engulfing anyone unfortunate enough to stand between her and her prey.

A chill ran down my spine as my body trembled at her powerful aura.

Her stance and her resolve scare me.

In an instance, she took off. Its as if she had located her prey.

As the seconds passed, an unsettling shift began to take hold. It started subtly at first, like cracks forming in a dam holding back an immense reservoir of darkness. Whispers of unease fluttered through the air, and an unspoken tension gripped the atmosphere. But then, like tendrils of shadow creeping into the light, the suppressed darkness began to leak out. It seeped through the cracks, staining the once-bright surroundings with an eerie gloom. Each drop carried with a sense of dread, as if the very essence of fear itself was escaping into the world. And as the darkness continued to leak out, it became increasingly clear that it could no longer be contained.

And all this darkness was leaking from within me.

I raced behind her not knowing what that hot head might do.

Sudden realisation is drawn to me of what she has done. She read my mind just now!!

She peeked into my mind and looked into all my memories that involve me being bullied.

Why?

Why she in rage after that?

What happens to me doesn't concern her! Does it?

What is wrong with her head!

Why does she peek into someone's head unnecessary. Does she have no decency!?

It was break time right now. The corridors were packed with all the students, each bustling about their own world.

But amidst that usual chaos, what caught my eye left me stunned. Every student, typically self-sufficient and carefree, made way to her, bowed to her in submission as if she was their alpha.

In a flash, she disappeared from my sight. Students swarmed into a crowd as if the most interesting thing was happening. They were whispering in bewilderment.Intrigued, I followed the murmurs and discovered her amidst, engaged in a confrontation. It dawned on me then, she was striking blows at the soon-to-be alpha of the pack. My bully.

Damn! She is a whole another level. People assumed Finn Ashford was strong. But they were hell wrong. She is the strongest. One can feel her power from way back, the suffocating aura she was releasing tells she is angry. Like crazy mad anger. Why!? What happened that could possibly make her display this potent of fury.
